The staff was so welcoming and knowledgeable. We're definitely coming back for another visit soon- maybe for their Halloween event.
A really nice view of early Minden and area. Unsure if there is normally an admission fee, but when we were there it was entrance by donation. We were able to visit the heritage centre along with the art gallery with that same admission "fee". The gallery exhibit wasn't to my taste this time, but I am told that the exhibits are always changing, so I will be sure to look another time, when the exhibit changes.
Fabulous little "village" but some things should be in the barn before they rot into the ground.
Over this past weekend we performed at the Minden Hills Cultural Centre as a DJ for a Wedding Reception. The staff were very helpful, and accommodating! Highly recommend this location as a venue of choice in the Minden area.
Wonderful place to go. Went off season and when spotted wandering around, they opened up the buildings in the museum for us. So friendly. The art gallery is small, but outstanding!
Wonderful mix of nature, art, and heritage interpretation. Quite large gor a community as small as Minden. Highly recommend for families with young children.
