Worst pedicure I have ever received and WORST customer service. Paid $60 for this and they refuse to give me a refund. As I left for vacation the morning after and can’t go in to get them fixed and they won’t give any credit or gift card for price of service.Service: Pedicure
The people here are so kind and welcoming. Came in with my friend - they fit us in within a couple hours. Jazzy, Jolie, and Abby are so nice - they helped us. Prices were SUPER reasonable. Very classy environment. Haven’t been in a while because I moved away from the area but I’m so glad I came back to see the changes they’ve made!Service: Pedicure
Paid $200 for a simple gel x and acrylic on big toe pedi. The girl that did my pedi seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing at all. She got polish all over my cuticles and never cleaned it up, plus the acrylic on my toe is thick and uneven. Never coming back, all of the techs should be as good as others or should get help from them. Lastly, are very pushy and refuse to do an acrylic full set.
Quite expensive but always available, super fast service and the best looking and longest holding up nails EVER
Super clean, amazing location & super friendly staff. The inside is clean & beautiful, even the bathrooms are not neglected.. heather was our hostess & she made the entire experience.. I got a pedicure, just water & soap with a gel French tip, not much above average about the pedicure except for the priceService: Pedicure
BOTTON LINE GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE. Horribly Overpriced. Terrible customer service. Make no attempts to fix mistakes. I go there because it’s right by my work but I’ll drive 100 miles of it means never going here again. It’s always some bad there. Like my gel polish peeling off in one day but this last time I left bleeding. Wrong color because she couldn’t “find a brown” no design because it took 3 hours just to add the nails and apply the polish. They say they will fix it on another day BUT then because I don’t have availability to come back in within 3 days they “actually can’t fix it”. I told her I’m leaving for vacation. I won’t be here to get it fixed with 3 days. She say oh well nothing we can do!Services: Nail art
They took me in last minute and the service was great. I really enjoyed the atmosphere. It was my first manicure and the staff were very helpful.
I’ve never left a review but people should know how terrible the service is here. I booked an appointment over the phone, then once I came in the receptionist immediately asked to see my nails. Once she seen them, she told me she would have to see if anyone was available to help me. I let her know I had an appointment at 4p and she looked at me disgustingly as if that was inaccurate. She was completely rude and dismissive and proceeded to argue with me about the service my nails needed. Overly priced and horrible customer service.
I did gel-x with them, the nails started falling off after one week, and painfully falling off and breaking a few days later. I came to the salon after two weeks with 2 injured fingernails, and 5 gel nails on both my palms in total-asking for just a removal, and the nail technician hurt one of my fingers in the removal process. At the end they even asked me to pay for it!!!! Of course I ended up not paying but I’m never coming back and I do not recommend.
I never leave reviews but I feel so blind sided by the cost of their services which weren’t even good that felt like I had to tell others who are considering going here. I called ahead and asked how much it would be for a manicure and pedicure and after deciding to schedule an appointment, my total was double what they quoted me! The person who did my pedicure got polish all over my foot and instead of wiping it off with acetone, they scraped it off with a cuticle cutter and now I have cuts on my foot. I didn’t even see them clean the pedicure station I was at before putting someone else there. I asked for such a simple design on my fingers at the beginning and they said confidently they could do it but the tech took 45 minutes trying to figure it out, someone else came up and showed them how and they still couldn’t get it right. I don’t know why the person who knew how to do it wouldn’t just take their place if they weren’t busy. I was very patient with them while I was there and still left a generous tip, but at the end of the day I was at the salon for 2 1/2 hours and all I got was a bad gel mani/pedi on my natural nails. Not like I got acrylic or anything. The environment of the place is also off. They’re not that friendly to new people when you first walk in, only to their regular customers. Then they are fake nice the rest of the time, it just felt very off and uncomfortable. Also just an FYI that if you do choose to go here, they only take tip in cash. I’m really disappointed, I was looking forward to going here and thought I’d find a new regular salon since it’s in my area but guess not. I wouldn’t be half as upset if it weren’t for their outrageous prices. I’m giving 2 stars because I don’t hate how my nails turned out, just the experience.
