These Symphony facilities are horrible facilities to be a vendor for. You have to harass them for payment and they never respond to e-mails or voice mails. I would strongly recommend to get paid up front before selling them anything or doing and services for any of their facilities. If they are this responsible on paying their bills I can only imagine how responsible they are at taking care of peoples loved ones.
If I could rate this zero stars I would. This place is a joke. They do not care about the patients. Everytime I would call to get information about my brother they would hang up on me or have me on hold for periods of time. The staff is unprofessional, the less work they have to do the better for them. We spoke to one of the nurses about concerns we had about my brother and they would say they will talk to his doctor. And never did they speak to his doctor. Stay away from this facility. They do not care about any of the patients and there well being.
This facility is so so! I dont like that it needs a lot of maintenance! I also dont like the food,our the portion sizes! What I do like,is the staff! They are respectful! If you follow rules,they will look out for you!
Unprofessional unclean, unsanitary and unsafe for the residents that live there!! There is urine on the floor all the time... someone could fall and injure themselves!! Overall worst nursing home I've ever been in!!!!!!!!
It was a discussing place to live and the staff treated the residents like trash with a few exceptions.
