0/5 stars. I was very up front that I have terrible bladder shyness and it can take me up to 20 minutes to go. Cue knocking after 5 minutes asking if I was done or needed to try again later literally every time I entered that bathroom to try. Fast forward two hours later and it's TIME, my bladder is full and I gotta go. They made me wait twenty minutes where I told the people at the front desk multiple times that I couldn't wait much longer because I was about to burst. Finally get in there and I get the knock five minutes into it--thankfully I'd already gone but the audacity is astounding. I've had bladder shyness all my life and this was the worst experience I've ever had at a doctor office in regards to peeing in a cup. No empathy or patience whatsoever and I hope I never have to go there for a work related injury again.
What an extremely polite group of folks that work here. Even the security was respectful and lead me right where I needed to go. I went in just to have a simple test for work. Never been here before and I was checked in with no time wasted at all. Got to the back in a jiff, was laughing with the friendly staff. All of which are very helpful and knowledgeable. Next thing I knew it I was out the door! Great location all around.
They were unprofessional.. made me wait for 30 minutes then they tell me that the technician for the X-ray is not working today so they can’t help me .
I am sitting here waiting to do a drug test for employment and it smells HORRIBLE!!! The smell is a mixture of urine and cigarrettes and I am literally sick on my stomach. I told the lady who sits in the front that it smells disgusting in here and she just shrugged and closed the window back.. I'm sure that they have some odor deodorizer that can cover the smell... I pray that my clothes don't smell like this when I leave here and have to go back to my current job in a medical office..
The nurses are excellent.
