I have been going here for my mammograms for a long time. I love how quickly they get you in and out. They are very polite, compassionate, respectful and caring from the time you walk in until the time you leave. They really try to answer any questions you may have and they really help you to feel as comfortable as possible. I would definitely recommend that people give them a try.
Kathy performed my mammogram. She instantly put me at ease, I hate getting these. She is e tremendously knowledgeable, warm, and professional. The mobile unit was clean and beautiful. I'm definitely gonna find her again for the next time. Thank you Kathy!
This was my first mammogram, and of course you hear all the stories about how terrible and painful it is. But Martha was so gentle, it didn’t hurt at all. She made me feel relaxed and it was so much better than I anticipated! Maybe that’s why women say it’s horrible, So that we have low expectations? Or maybe Martha is just amazing!
The Breast Center is awesome! So professional, organized, clean eventhough it is a BIG practice they have treated me as if I was the only patient. I called to change my appt and they did it without any hesitation. Thanks Breast Center you ROCK. Sherri helped me and she was the sweetest person ever!!!!
I came from SC to be seen I was given a appointment time of 1:30 pm I got to my appointment at 1:32 only to be told that I couldn’t b seen because I needed to be there twenty minutes earlier than my appointment I was never advised to be there earlier I advised that I drove 4 hrs to this appointment and no one cared the were very unprofessional and had no compassion for what I had to go through to get here When I asked to speak with someone it took them over ten minutes for someone to come speak to me In that cases I could’ve been seen but no one cared about that VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY DISAPPOINTED AND YES IT MADE ME WONDER IF IT WAS BECAUSE OF MY RACE
The ladies were all very professional in my opinion. I have been coming here for my mammograms for years. Check in now with Covid-19 is different, of course, but Erica made it easy. Kyaslia was also very nice and courteous as she got medical info. My tech, Diane, was also professional, and caring. I would recommend this office without hesitation.
This morning I received a phone call to confirm my appointment the next business day for a mammogram. This afternoon I received a phone call canceling my appointment "due to scheduling ". This is the same thing they did to me two months ago. My screening is now three months overdue thanks to The Breast Center. To add to the insult they sent me a postcard last month telling me my mammogram was overdue! Incompetent people.! Her only response was "call us back to reschedule'.
Kyashia and Martha are the most wonderful and kind people. Martha did my Mammogram and was so very gentle. I want to Thank the both of them for such professional and kind service.
The technician Kathy was great. This was the best mammography experience I’ve ever had.
They make it as quick and comfortable as a mammogram can be. I’ve even had Yvette check me in multiple years in a row; she’s quick, kind, etc. They are all kind and welcoming in the office.
