Had to go in and spend some cash for the simple fact that they have truck parking!!! They have a urinal and toilet in men's room. Lots to choose from in store. Warmer with dogs and tornadoes. Lots and lots of pluses.
This review involves 2 locations at once. At N 94 the car wash is set behind the building, but the wash is broken yet no indication when you pay for it at the pump. When asking about the cone in the way the worker tells you it is broken, but the code is good for 30 days or the code works at the New Town location. I immediately drove to the New Town location and the code did not work. The worker there put in another code. The wash dried very soapy water onto my car, so no rinse. When I showed the guy who put in the code he said he saw the blurred windshield, soap on the roof, and soap dripping on the ground and said that's the way it is! No empathy or offer to get another or money back because I guess it would do this again since that is the way it works. The car is still somewhat dirty, too. I'm usually the kind of person to say nothing but not go back. I said I'm not going back. It isn't the worker's fault. Get them fixed, or don't offer to charge people for a wash and put a sign on the pumps or reprogram them not to ask for paying for a wash.
Definitely need 2 or more people working at night. I spent over 15min waiting in line only for the person in front of me to not have his wallet on him. So instead of canceling his order, the clerk had us wait only for the person to call the store to say he had to run back home. It is not only policy to have 2 people at anytime working it is also very inconvenient for those who need to be somewhere at a certain time. Will be trying to talk to management about this asap.
This place is terrible! People are rude they NEVER have tape in the printers at the pump and when you come in to ask for a receipt they look at you like your inconveniencing them and will tell you there is tape at the pumps! Not to mention EVERY time I go in there in the morning there is a line from one end of the store to the other. the ONLY reason I go here is convivence to work. But it would be worth the extra 5 min to go down the road! STAY AWAY
I like the friendly service here, but having stocked receipt printers at the pumps is super important to me. It’s time to start checking the paper in them… or whatever it is that makes me have to go inside to get a receipt.
The most disturbing and disgusting bathroom I've seen in quite some time. I told the employee about it and she was, what seemed to be offended by the information I shared. Get it together people.
Some of the rudest people I have ever met. The cashier was more interested in his phone than ringing me up. I put my card in the machine and he yelled at me saying it was “cash or credit only” I’m sorry does it look like I’m paying with a check? And then I asked for a receipt and he said “you’re good to go” and I said “can I please have my receipt” and he raised his voice and said “you’re good to go!”
This use to be a nice place. Now it's a dump. Dirty bathroom empty shelves. Product sitting in the middle of the iles. 3 people working behind the counter one register open line 10 customers deep no food put out for sale no pizza no roller items. Empty cup bins. I go to two Moto Marts every day Collinsville on my way to work and St Charles for Breakfast. But I am going to stop going to St Charles if it dose not get better.
Placed an outrageous authorization charge hold on my discover card of $125. This is the first time I have ever seen anything other than $1 charged to authorize at the pump. Won't be returning even if I'm on fumes.
Parking. There is a ppl working the truck parking looking for stuff to steal in trucks and also your load.
