Great experience. Our daughter injured her finger and we were able to walk-in and get in a room quickly. From there we were able to get X-rays and treatment all very promptly. All of the staff that we interacted with were very nice and talkative, not at all trying to rush you out the door. I really loved that they had X-ray in house, so we were able to get everything addressed without needing a referral for imaging, or going to the ER.
I was greeted immediately by a very nice woman and she said that she would right with me and she was and she walked me to my room and said that it was nice to meet me. and my nurse was so nice and she was very professional and pleasant and my doctor well he was amazing and very helpful and he was informative and I really appreciate that he cared enough to help me find care and he was really a very good doctor and person and I wish that he was my doctor and I would highly recommend indigo to anyone and everyone. My room was very clean and so was the facility and also I appreciate that my doctor walked me out. Super nice man.the best part was he wrote me 3 prescriptions and I went to go get them and guess what they were already there. I have never had that happen. I was done with everything in an hour. Talk about ecstatic. Double thumbs up for this establishment.
I had a good experience. They checked up on me more than once to make sure I was being taken care. Everyone was super nice & the facility was clean. Easier than trying to get in to see my PCP 5 months from now. Glad there is a place like this to bring the gap.
This was by far the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. My daughter cut her thumb and we could not get the bleeding to stop. This location was clean, offered juice and water while we waited, and was very quick. Everyone was very nice and professional. My older daughter was curious about what they were doing and the provider took the time to explain everything. This will definitely be our go-to in the future!
I love how friendly they are and try to make you as comfortable as possible especially when you are in pain. They have a great waiting system as well, you can sit in your car and relax until they are ready for you, and you get a text. The receptionist was very nice, as far as medical treatment I always feel like they take care of me well and are looking out for the patient.
I came in for a recheck of “swimmers ear” because the drops weren’t working. Laura Weeks, ARNP, took a deeper look and determined I have a middle ear infection! She was very thorough. The attending staff are all very kind and helpful.
The overall experience was great. The checking in and the initial interaction at the reception and the intake person were all great to work with. The PA was awesome as well, listening to what was going on and offering advice and assistance. Overall an excellent experience. Only reason for 4- is the online reservation system would not book the appointment and the had to call to get the appointment directly. Otherwise they are great at this location.
The receptionist and concierge both were personable, super nice and helpful. The wait wasn’t that bad, and the hot mint tea that I was offered helped time go by fast! The medical staff was great and I appreciate the whole experience, there’s a great team that works well together at the Puyallup Indigo Clinic. Thank you.
I usually go to another indigo urgent Care location but they didn't have any available appointments for the day and times that worked for me. When I arrived to my appointment at this location I was able to check in easily and waited about 10 minutes in the lobby before being called back to a room. The medical assistant was quick and thorough with checking me in and getting my vitals and history. She said that the doctor would be in soon as he was with another patient at the moment, but I would be next. My appointment time was scheduled for 2:00 p.m. I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment to check in, I got in my room around 2:10, and did not see the provider until about 30 minutes or more later. It wasn't until I had waited in the exam room for about 25 minutes and 45 minutes past my appointment time that I alerted the assistant at the front desk that I had to be somewhere soon and asked when the doctor would be able to see me. About 10 more minutes passed and the provider finally came in, spent about 5 minutes with me which was all I needed and that was it. It should not have taken almost an hour past my appointment time to be seen. I understand provider and staff shortages may play a factor, but I think it would be helpful for the staff to alert patients checking in that it might be longer than normal wait times to be seen by the provider or at least checking in on the patients while they're waiting for the provider to inform them of what's going on. If the staff and providers are not available during the appointment time then it should not be available to book. Otherwise, the staff was somewhat friendly and the provider was great and efficient at answering my questions and performing his exam once he finally got in the room. After my appointment, I got an email with visit details and my appointment summary depicting what time I checked in, how long I waited, how long the exam was and when I checked out, which was inaccurate. It said I waited 27 minutes after checking in and the exam was a total of 45 minutes, which was not the case. Total visit time was 71 minutes, which was accurate. I will be trying to continue going with the indigo urgent care clinic I normally go to in the future to avoid this.
Superb medical service w/o appointment; was immediately placed on waiting list no more than 2 hours; received a call back to meet my doctor. They also recognize and accept VA and TRICARE referrals. First encounter with outstanding results. Highly recommend.
