Hornbuckle's ATA Martial Arts is dedicated to the martial arts discipline of taekwondo. The focus of our program is to provide students with the highest quality martial arts instruction available in a safe and positive learning environment that people of all ages can enjoy. We have our daughter here and she started from the beginning. It has been about 5 months since joining and we are very happy! From the front desk to the owner everyone here really cares about what they do and it shows in the improvements of the child and with hard work and practice what can be done. One of our best choices in building our daughters skill in martial arts and also character as a person.
I would highly recommend this place to parents who want their kids to enjoy learning Karate. Master Hornbuckle is very nice and very approachable and he treats his students like his own kids. Instructors are all awesome and they develop the potential of each student to the best of their ability.
Master Hornbuckle is an awesome teacher and ATA is a good place for kids to learn confidence, leadership and positive personal behavior. It's not just for kids either, I see moms, dads and whole families involved in the program. I would recommend this school to anyone interested
My son started karate a week ago, and he absolutely loves it! The teachers are amazing. So full of energy, knowledge, friendliness and patience. It's a wonderful place and I'm highly satisfied so far!
This is a great Taekwondo school. Master Hornbuckle and his staff truly care about each and every student. The entire team of instructors work very hard to assure that every student is preparing and practicing this martial art form to the best of their personal abilities, safely and efficiently. The way they teach and inspire students of all ages is absolutely amazing.
Great place to train. Really god for young children to learn discipline and body control. Found it useful training for my son, and improved his baseball skills becasue he understood his body movements better. Fun training for adults as well. I was in the best shape I've ever been in when I was competing regularly. Master Hornbuckle and his staff really paid attention to my personal needs and helped me develop in taekwondo.
I love this place. My 2 kids go there. We have been going 5 months at the time of me writing this review. We started when they had a special. I think it was 4 weeks for $49. Check their web site. All of the staff are great with children. Great energy great environment. I can’t say enough good thing about this place and the people. After just a few weeks of going, we were seeing a change in attention span and respect from my kids. The kids love to go and look forward to it. As long as the kids enjoy it we will continue to go. Just in the short time we are going the kids have participated in 3 tournaments and their 4th one in a few weeks. tournaments are on mandatory but a fun part I must mention the Parents night out, I love this and so do the kids. Periodically they have Parents night out. That is where the kids go for a couple hours at night play games watch movies and eat pizza. Giving Parents a chance to go out. I would highly recommend Murphy ATA Karate for Kids
We love Murphy ATA! The classes are very structured and organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful. They give thorough instruction and really help the students progress in their form, technique and confidence as they move up through the different belt levels.
Hornbuckle's ATA is an excellent Taekwondo school. Master Jack Hornbuckle and his team operate each class with the utmost professionalism and integrity. I would not hesitate to recommend Hornbuckle's ATA to all students interested in learning this form of martial arts because this school offers excellent learning and leadership opportunities for children and adults.
Great Studio. Our soon to be 3rd degree black belt grandson has been attending since he was five years old. The school emphasizes the importance of respect and honor.
