We took my daughter here while on vacation when she fell and injured her hand. The service was quick. The nursing staff was professional and helpful with my less-than-willing almost 2 year old. Dr Bondo was fantastic. We appreciated seeing a physician. She was thorough and answered all of our questions. Thank you all for the great care in an unfamiliar place.

wait time was so long. my son doesn’t like to be touched and the two assistances laughed at him the entire time he cried and yelled instead of trying to better handle the situation. my son is still sick after that visit, don’t waste your time coming to this slummy clinic.

Turned us away at 6 saying they close at ten and they were almost at capacity. My child has a fever of 102.5 that we can't break. Was Told to just go to another facility. Wouldn't even let us in the door.  She's sick I can't just drive around all night hoping someone will take her. Very unprofessional. You mean to tell me you still won't have any room in 4 hours!? Uggghhhh

I was highly impressed with ALL the staff! From check in, to imaging, and Dr. Eskandari! Very accommodating and Professional!! I recommend this facility and staff for pediatric and adolescent care!!

The most professional staff. Such a good experience under not so great circumstances a sick child. Super fun fish theme!

I had to take my two year old to the after hours care yesterday after he hadn’t been feeling well all weekend. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurses to the doctor Dr. Anderson were so professional and kind. He was crying the entire time and I know it was difficult to treat him but they were very patient and tried to calm him as much as possible. I felt like they truly cared about his well being. No one ever wants to have to see a doctor especially for their little ones but if I ever need to go again I will not hesitate to come to this location.

Had an amazing experience tonight for our first after hours visit. Everyone in the office from registration to the doctor were very pleasant and made us feel at ease. The nurse  I can't remember her name that brought us back was amazing and so sweet with our 20 month old, even letting her climb into her lap while she talked to us. I highly recommend this practice--hoping we don't have to make another trip anytime soon but glad to know there's a place as amazing as this if we need it.

Wonderful experience here.  Took my granddaughter in because we were afraid she had broken her arm.  Everyone from the receptionist, to the nurses, x-ray tech, and doctor was great.  Very patient, professional and kind - even with a 1 year old who screamed bloody murder when anyone touched her.  We were in and out very quickly - cast put on and baby doing way better now.  Great medical care by a professional team.  MUSC hired well for this facility!  Highly recommend it.

The wait time was extremely long and the staff had no rapidness about them.  They kept pushing my child to the end of the que even this is NOT emergency room.

I wish I could give them 0 stars . This is the worst experience I have ever had . Told a hour and a half wait and then been sitting there for 3 hours. After asking how many people were in front of us and being told we were next to be helped . We watched a number of people continue to go ahead of us . They lie to you and they do not care how long you wait or how much pain your child is in. We FINALLY get called to go back …. But that wasn’t the end of the waiting game . Then we wait for another LONG HOUR of a child in pain in a smaller area just to get 0 answers,  waste of time and money . The doctors don’t care about your kids all they want is your money. Be warned they are the worst I have ever taken my daughter to . 100% would never recommended them.
