Personal Training:Our first appointment will be for a body composition, nutrition test, fitness test,health history and signing a waiver. I then personalize a routine to fit your goals. Your routine will be changed 4-6 weeks from then in order to keep your body confused and to accomplish your goals. I will also do a once a month body composition to see how you are progressing and see if I need to make changes to your routine.
Aerobics(group fitness): I teach classes like: bootcamp, yoga, pilates, sculpt, abs,kettlebell,bosu and stability ball. I include warm-ups and cool-downs in every routine.
Zumba: I am licensed in Basics1,2, Zumba kids and kids jr., Toning, Sentao, and Gold. You can look up my current Zumba class schedule on Zumba.com.
