I had a great experience with this company. Their customer service was excellent, and they went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my purchase. They have a fantastic selection of hats and guayaberas. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality products and excellent customer service.
This place is the BEST! First don’t be confused or turned off by the outsides. This is in an industrial area and there is only an “open” sign in the one window. But inside you’ll find what you’re looking for. No pressure sales, the one salesman is super helpful. He let me try on multiple Panama hats until I found one that fit and looked perfect. Excellent pricing too! If you’re in the market for a nice Panama hat, this is the place!
There was a little bit of confusion on my first time trying to shop with the store, but the owner himself made it right for me. He walked me through the store showed me all the different options I asked about and at the end I was able to get some thing that I really liked, I will definitely be returning. These are high-quality products at fantastic prices with a large selection. They make wonderful gifts for family, friends and yourself. They have authentic great styles there’s definitely something for everyone. it has my highest recommendation!

I found this hidden gem right near where I live. Located in the warehouse district in Kendall. The gentleman that attended me was very nice and knowledgeable. They have a large selection of Cuban apparel. I recommend this place, great customer service and selection of guayaberas!
Alexis is THE MAN!! I placed an order recently for a number of wonderful "must have" items I needed for a big Cuban party...but it was happening just a few days later. Alexis made sure my order was awaiting me upon my arrival back to Los Angeles...just in time for the grand celebration! Now THAT is fantastic service!!

I was really surprised to receive a personalized email from the owner of the store to say Thank You for the purchase. I also received an interesting article about the history of the owner and his roots. I really liked this because it gave me reason to want to contribute buy completing my purchase. Later I received another email because the item was out of stock. I wanted to buy a black and a navy blue GUAYAVERA SHIRT for my 90-year-old dad for Christmas. Because he valued my business, he honored a higher priced shirt that was similar for the same price. WOW! I didnt think that existed anymore. He made my Christmas. He provided excellent customer service and always replied almost instantly. That is how every store should react! Below are pics of the two shirts I bought him. Whats he loves about thes types of shirt are that they have pockets on the tops and bottoms and they are comfortable. This store is located in Miami and the delivery is quick.
While there were some delays in shipping due to the ongoing supply chain issues, I will same the communication about those issues were conveyed promptly. I received one of the two shirts today and love it! The quality is top notch and I can't wait to wear it!
Found this spot by accident and glad I did.... nice selection of Guayaberas and a little more. Gentleman was very helpful and nice. Looking for a place to buy a Guayabera stop by here.
