A research group working on novel approaches relevant to nano-scale electronics, emphasizing intellectual development of students.
Our research projects are currently focused on thermoelectricity, crystallization, phase change memory, nano-scale electronic transport and field effect transistors. We perform electrical experiments with and without temperature dependance and perform computational studies using COMSOL and Synopsys Sentaurus. We value undergraduate research and strongly encourage quality work and publishing. Most of our students get multiple opportunities to present their work at international conferences every year.
Research and education by encouraging critical thinking and innovative solutions.
We thrive to achieve what is seemly impossible in an unreasonably short amount of time - through innovation and team work.
