WELCOME BACK- This is the new and Improved Napoleon's Soul Food that was located in East New York and now located in Stuyvesant Heights. I have been a baker for over 20 years now and even worked for your favorite Juniors. I was the previous owner of Simply Delicious in 1998 then relocated to East New York under the name of Napoleon's Soul Food in 2000.
