They have taken care of all of our dogs since 2006. Not an easy task, I'll admit. They possess qualities that were important to me when choosing a doctor. They care passionately about the animals they see. I can go where my dogs go and see everything that happens to them. They are responsive to any questions I might have about their care and/or medications. They are direct, honest, and thorough in the care of our pets. They are very respectful to me and my sometimes overly worrisome concerns about my babies. But beyond all of this, they, and specifically Annette, have gone out of their way many times for us and our pets. They are there whenever we need them and provide excellent care for our dogs as well as comfort and support for us.
I just read unfavorable reviews by R Hall and Sean DeCombs. Making it personal by attacking someone's hair when we've been in a pandemic for months speaks volumes that the negative reviewer has gone off the deep end. Most of us have the quarantine look. From reading these, it comes across like R Hall must have gotten a buddy to chime in to help try and validate his negative review. As an actual client, let me tell you what I have found at Nashboro Animal Hospital. I have 3 rescue cats which are very well taken care here at this hospital. I have been a client for years. I have been from the front waiting room to all the rooms in the back area on many occasions. This clinic is spotless. It has always been clean, every single time. This is an animal hospital, not a kennel. However, you can be rest assured your fur babies are going to be in a clean and appropriate sized cage/kennel, should they need to stay. They will be taken care of by staff who genuinely love them and will take great care of them. I have never experienced equipment not working. My Sebastian was there 2 weeks ago for total blood work up and dental. He's like a different cat. He came home happy and behaved like he was actually thanking me. He had a little problem which must have been making him uncomfortable and they took care of him. Ono goes next week for complete blood work up and dental as well. My little Tutti, was spayed here last year and treated like royalty. I can’t say enough great things about Annette and Dr. Koch. My fur babies receive the best of care here, by folks who truly care.
I've had a great experience here. Easy to work with. I brought my senior cat in and had an easy time getting set up. They are genuine and a very respectable team. Only point of criticism: their hours listed on google or their website are not accurate. I would advise they update their online hours to represent what their phone message says. I came in on a Friday at 4:30 because when I checked their website it said they were open until 6. I arrived and called as soon as I realized the door was locked. The phone message says they close at 3pm on Fridays. That was not an ideal situation but could be avoided if the hours were update on their website and google.
I have seen a number of vets throughout the lives of my pets, and NONE of them even come close to comparing with Dr. Koch and the ladies that run this place! They provide excellent care to your pets as individuals, and are very in you to understand exactly what is going on. They even take the time to make print-offs of more information from textbooks and the like for you to take home. They also just go above and beyond to both the people and the animals in making them feel comfortable. The treatments are always logical and they don’t pressure you into anything. Their kindness shines through every aspect of this business, and I will continue to be a customer as long as I am in the area. Thank you, Nashboro Animal Hopsital!
This was my first visit. Me and my two shy cats were warmly greeted. All of us were treated with gentle respect. I could feel the compassion. Cats can be hard to handle. If they don't like something, they will let you know. My two felines didn't put up a fuss about anything. We will be back.
