We have been providing services since 1969. Originally, known as Three Rivers Neighborhood Health Services and founded by the Allen County Medical Society as a voluntary health service to provide well child services to low-income children of Allen County.
Over the years we have grown substantially and now offer full primary medical, dental, and optometry care. We have two offices: 1717 S. Calhoun Street & 3350 E. Paulding Road.

WIC
WIC is a supplemental food and nutrition education program that is available for pregnant, postpartum and breastfeeding women, infants, and children under the age of 5. Eligibility is based on income and services are free.
