Whoever installed the swings here might qualify for the world's biggest imbecile. Aside from the 2 sets of baby swings, there are FOUR separate ,Sets of Swings for children. All of them are hung SO HIGH that even an adult cannot use them, so it's absolutely impossible for a child to use. Like, who hangs 8 swings at waist/chest high on a grown adult? I'm not even sure how someone could make such an obtuse, thoughtless choice.
Great place to walk my dog alone in the forest or to socialize her with other dogs. Playground for kids. Nice shelter with picnic tables. Bathrooms are about what you would expect from an outdoor public facility. Ball field. Gazebo. Huge open, flat, grassy field. Seldom overcrowded.
Very cute, quiet park. there is a full playground, a covered shelter with lots of picnic tables for seating, as well as two small fields for walking and games.
A small but beautiful park with plenty of parking spots, shelter for large gatherings, barbecue place, restrooms, playground for kids with swings and slides, soccer field and other sport fields. Natural hiking with beautiful mountain view. It is a dawn to dusk park.
Great to walk our doggo while staying at Laurel and Eric's Airbnb on Shelor Lane
Great park with playground equipment, slides, swings & climbing bars. Better for 4 years old & up. It has shelter, picnic tables for big gathering, if needed and bathrooms. Even has a flat field toodlers could run in or have a picnic in grass & basketball ball hoops for play.
Lovely outdoor space with plenty of parking. Playground with plenty of shade + space to roam around. We also found trails to the arboretum and ended up at the top of the hill — beautiful view!
Nice tucked in park with a shelter. Also has a soccer and baseball field. Playground would be ok for children under the age of 5, but more geared towards elementary ages.
Great little park! Had our family reunion here for years in the covered shelter... The covered shelter we pay to use... The same one you need to pay to use... Call the town it's $50 so if you see someone using it leave them alone they paid to be there don't go set you stuff up assuming it's shared space it's not. And to the Spanish soccer enthusiast that for the last two summers in a row have endulged in our spread of home cooked family goodies without asking or even wondering why it's there... Bad mesican bad go back to football field across the parking lot of you'd ask we'd share but you don't so go away.
My kids enjoy going here to play and walk the trail through the woods. Though the last few times we went there was several broken pieces of playground equipment. I hope they get them fixed soon.
