New Image Dentistry at the Marketplace

My whole life I had been terrified of dentists with having so many oral procedures when I was little. Last year was my first appointment in a very, very long time and Dr. Richards and the dental hygienist were so nice, never made me feel bad about not coming in for several years. I did have to have a root canal done, which was done by Dr. Jordan I literally did not feel a thing and was out within the hour. I highly recommend this dentist office; very friendly, laid-back, relaxing, knowledgeable staff in all areas.

They did a wonderful job taking care of my young daughter who had a loose tooth we thought was an adult tooth that turned out it was an infected baby tooth that had not come out yet. We were just traveling through but they got her in very quick same day and definitely set our minds at peace. Thank you for getting us in same day!

Sorry what's the point of having office hrs and never answering your phone no one is even here been crying all day and night but no one answer they say on there message that they are there but assisting other patients funny cause not a single car in the parking lot but mine? So as an update was able to talk with both Jordan and Collins both saying to leave voice mail at the location I go to which is the one in cb and that it was first come first serve bases for getting in but after getting off the phone with the receptionist saying that's not how the scheduling works or that the drs don't make the appointments which I understand that part but yet can't tell me how the voice mail aspect work than sense failure of communication has happened with the owner and the receptionist they hire just good to know she doesn't seem to care that she is costing them a customer and I really appreciated both Jordan and Collin as they showed a true genuine senserity for patients but sorry this is not something that will bring a customer back

Do not go here, worst service overall!!!!!. Dr. Put a crown on a molar per his recommendation, after crown was placed acute pain started and very bad mouth taste started right after crown was in. Went back 6 weeks after. Dr. sent antibiotics for 2 weeks, and to wait 2 more weeks afterwards. Mouth bad taste went away, pain did not. It has been 3 months and still in pain. I will not go back here. Also, Worst billing department. Took 3 weeks to deposit check that was hand brought to the office.

I am not afraid of the dentist and have never had a bad experience at any dentist office, but this was by far the best experience I have ever had. Beautiful office, friendly staff, gentle and professional dentist, just the whole package. I strongly recommend this place!

I absolutely love this dentist. Having been really nervous as a kid, I wasn't sure what to expect as an adult. But the people here do a good job of making you feel comfortable. They work with your needs financially, provide excellent service with clients, and take great care of your teeth. I can honestly say that I kind of enjoy going to the dentist now.

Great experience! The office is clean, friendly, and beautiful. My dental hygenist, Hannah, was so friendly and down to earth. It shows that she really loves what she does and loves teaching her patients how to care for their teeth. Dr. Logan was very friendly, easy to talk to, and kind. The front desk administrator, Pegs was also incredibly welcoming and made the check in and check out process very easy, informational, and hassle-free. Keep up the good work!

Had a issue with a cracked tooth . Called and got in with in a few hours. Was treated great and they explained all my options and fixed my problem with great efficiency and were very concerned with my level of comfort. Eveone from the the doctor and his assant to the front office workers were very nice and caring people. I will and have recommended new image dentistry to anyone who needs superior care for all you dentistry needs.

Communication from the associate's is very misleading. Was advised our dental bill would be $200 if anything do to dual Insurance. $616 later is not $200. Very disappointed in the service level provided by this establishment. Will not go back!

They do not stand by their work. I was told they would replace a crown they did in office that was too translucent and started showing black after just 2 years. They told me at 3 years they would fix it for X amount of dollars. Within 2 years after that I called and the offer was no longer valid because the dentist who did it retired. I seen another dentist there, female, who took 5 hours for 1 root canal. I’d never recommend this office to any of my friends or family.
