I personally liked the decor but the staff is not friendly and the food was way overpriced for what it was. Bathrooms are being renovated. They sent us to the bathroom in the park and it was DISGUSTING.
I really like this place despite of the rude employees. The food is what matters so expect them to be rude so you wont be disappointed with the food. Lol Its a bit expensive but I guess its ok especially if you get the meal with the drink and dessert.
Definitely disappointed with the smokey chicken. The chicken was very dry, overcooked i can say and the brioche bun is dry and falls apart in a bad way which makes the whole burger a fail. Onion rings was hot and freshly cooked though, the only thing i’ve enjoyed in my meal. I hope they improve their quality and taste their components before putting it in the menu or serving them coz this is a go to place for people who wants to grab a good burger.
Nice place , the people were nice etc. I went there for a burger and they recommended the Mountain burger. That is all I had so this review is mostly about that. I do NOT reccomend the mountain burger. The meat had no taste! It came with a fried hash brown on it which made it taste like a greasy potato. And the price is HIGH. I would try something else on the menu but avoid the mountain burger. See the photos
It's ok. While the service was fast, the meal was ready in less than 10 minutes, the sauce was cold and overwhelming, taking out most of the flavours that onions, pickles and beef would have. They have many options of muffins and cheese cakes, which in their Classic Menu, for something around 15.50 euros you can take a hambúrguer, a drink, a side dish and a desert. The meal could be more tasty, but it was definitely not as dry as some say.
Very disappointed. Firstly, the staff was very unfriendly. I ordered the pancakes and hot chocolate and both were served cold. After, when I went to use the washroom, I read that it was out of service. But when I got out, I saw a staff come out after having used it. And when I asked her if I could use it, she sheepishly agreed because she didn’t know how to refuse :D
Unfriendly service and nonsensical adherence to ordering only certain foods at certain times. Tried ordering just a breakfast pain au chocolate and coffee, but since it was already past 10:30, the staff said we couldn't order it, then tried ordering their burgers but was told that it would not be possible for them to make it since we were there 5 minites before 11 o clock. Ended up having a very disappointing egg and cheese bagel with a cookie and coffee. Food was industrial and overly sweet, not to mention it being way overpriced. It's a gimmicky 'New York style' restaurant/bistro. The only saving grace was its music and deco. Highly disappointing.
Wonderful place with extraordinary delicious food and very friendly and helpful attendants! Don't panic that sometimes it's a bit crowded on the first floor, there is an underground floor with more tables! Well, after you taste the food you will understand why everyone is here and enjoying those delicious masterpieces of flavours and aromas! It was really cool to have an afternoon coffee with a cheesecake here! Thank you factory &co team! Great work!
Burger and smoothies were great! The portions for the smoothie can be a bit more but other than thay the taste was good
