Great place to stay! Very accommodating for a last minute reservation! Very friendly and welcoming! Manager stayed up to greet us at 10:30pm, take our payment and ensure that we had all the details of the campground and clear directions! Would definitely stay again!Service: 5/5
I was leery when we first pulled in. This really is in the middle of nowhere. Route 66 is just too fun to drive, and we found this place. It has two stocked ponds - we caught a catfish! Catch and release The swimming pool was perfect. Bathroom and shower clean. I did not use laundry here. Great for an overnight stay, maybe even longer - but bring food and entertainment!
Good place to stop on route 66. The host is very helpful and responsive. There's a pond where you can fish if you like. Highly recommend!Service: 5/5
Very friendly and accommodating staff. We had a full hook up sight and all connections worked great. The park was maintained every day we were there. This is a good place for an overnight stay. The cons are there are a couple of long term trailers parked in the full hookups sights. One of them has an enormous amount of garbage around it. With the huge amount of wind, it blows this trash into the ponds, which should be walked each day to pick this up. Fishing consisted of just mud cats. We can not attest to the restrooms or showers or laundry as we did not use them.
Had a great time was told to come back then when I called to make a reservation was told NO, that my small dog and I had been too noisy previously which I find hard to believe considering that we were gone during the day and my dog only barked one time when a large dog off of it's leash ran up on her . I am going to have to recommend not staying there. There are other more hospitable campgounds
RV park was nice open a spaces. Not alot of shad available but there are 2 ponds and a pool. Some freeway noise but much less than a rest area.Service: 5/5
This is a nice park. It is right off the highway with easy access. The sites are wide, l9ng and clean. The pond is pretty. The park will be beautiful when all the trees mature. Friendly staff!Rooms: 4/5
What a nice little RV park right off the 40. Christina was helpful and friendly. Had to call several times before getting thu. The spaces and road are gravel. They have two ponds plus swimming pool. Unfortunately very close to the freeway. We have a 40 ft Motorhome with a tow that barely fit the space. Full hookups. $49.Service: 5/5
Cheryl is awesome. She even gave us a ride into town to get food. Will stay again if passing through nice park, clean and quiet.Rooms: 5/5
This RV Park grounds were very clean, did not use any of the amenities though. The only problem was that we were told they had a pull through for a 42ft Motorhome with a toad, not true we could not fit so had to disconnect wasn’t real happy about that. Christine was very nice but never in the office we had to hunt her down to pay her. Location was convenient right next to the freeway you could hear the traffic and train but it wasn’t that loud. Would stay again.
