Newport Bay Hospital

I wish they had a 1/2 star review! My mom had a brain tumor removed and was having memory issues, I took her here for 1 day. The second day I couldn’t find her. They moved her to a different room. I found her in a room crying all alone. No tv, no radio, no picture on the walls. I removed her immediately! I wouldn’t leave a mouse in this place! Worst experience I’ve ever been through! Run! Don’t ever take a loved one here in your life!!!!

After 4 years of my husband suffering from depression and anxiety the social worker at this hospital was the first person to take a genuine interest in my husbands case, and we have gone from strength to strength with his recovery since. I was amazed at Annalisa's interest, in depth questioning, and help. Everything she undertook to do, she did. I would highly recommend this hospital for anyone who is looking for good care for their loved ones.

It is all about $ and liability at this facility...took my 90 yr. old mother, took away her walker, restrained her in a wheelchair, and overly-sedated her with psych. meds...all due to dementia....she never walked again.

John had the best of care here. Sally is one in a million. I highly recommend this facility.

Don't go here. The visiting hours are only 2 and after visiting they never gave us a code. They won't tell us my father's condition and the social worker is not available.

Run this place is horrible. Should be closed down immediately.
