Nike Factory Outlet Palm Beach

Love the Nike store. Hit or miss at the outlet but when you hit, there are some great deals. Lots of stock yesterday, but unfortunately nothing in my size. Staff is friendly and helpful. Great tip if you’re planning a trip here…. Go before 11… the store is empty and no lines when checking out!

The store was clean and well stocked. They were busy however the line moved quickly . We didn’t find what we were looking for but found a really nice pair of shoes for a good price .

Did a couple of returns from online, purchased a great pair of running shorts for an additional 20% off the reduced price. If you’re looking to save some money, this place might have what you need.

I typically love Nike and the slogan speaks for itself, however it appears that their staff may need some form of cultural competency training based on how I was racially profiled in the store this past weekend. I entered and was immediately followed but I was under the impression that I would be asked if I needed help. Each aisle I walked through a particular staff continued to follow me. Then another staff member comes from nowhere and asked if I needed help! Which typically would be wonderful but the issue is from the direction she entered the aisle, she wouldn't of known that I was in that aisle unless I was being supervised. Unbeknownst to those staff members, I'm actually a clinician! I would never stoop down to a level of theft over a pair of NIKE shoes!.. In all honesty, I humbly say I could've doubled their salary to work for me. But I remained humble, and purchased 7 pairs of shoes and exited the store. Moral of the story, stop profiling black individuals and learn that some people truly live outside of your tax bracket and would never need to steal. I will never return to this store. The cashier was rude for no reason and I believe this was one of the worst experiences.

Located inside the mall area but near the parking lot. It's an outlet store offering some Nike products at both clearance and regular prices. @ time of visit found limited edition sportswear under $19.

Dear Mr. Nikes I recently had a delightful experience at Nikes Factory Store in West Palm Beach, FL. I must commend Monet Turner, who displayed exceptional skills as a team player in customer service. It is evident that Monet Turner fully understands the importance of adhering to the Golden rule of selling, which encompasses qualities such as honesty, integrity, understanding, empathy, and thoughtfulness. The way Monet Turner treated me made me feel valued as a customer. I can confidently say that I will be returning to the store in the future. One of my favorite stores for sportswear. The service is always great. The prices are reasonable and you can find good deals. Returns are no problem. Join the club and get discounts. They have military discounts, too be sure to tell the cashier and show your id.

Trying not to be bias, as I now prefer adidas over Nike fit reasons, not politics, the store was okay. I found better deals that didn't have to "surprise" me as someone else pointed out at the Adidas store. The store didn't seem well stocked or well kept. And it wasn't packed either but it just felt so stuffy to be in there honestly. I did read and hear about their secret deals and if you have a Nike fan, that's a great place to shop!!

Lyds is a literal angel, was on top of the promotional deals going on, and helped me get the most for my money, love them !

Came looking for sneakers for my dad. Not much of a selection unless you want to rummage through boxes in the back. I found something he loved none the less. I suggest ordering online though.
