Though Sperry is a great shoe place and this outlet is no exception. The service that Kyla gave us today was bar none some of the best customer service I have had in a long time. Knowledgeable, funny and professional. I didn't see anyone else working at the time, but there was a steady stream of customers and Kyla handled all of them in a timely fashion, never letting a lapse past. She is the type of employee you want to have.

Selection is OK, the woman working however was very friendly and pleasant. Good staff at this location.

The store well organized and the shoes are reasonable. Not to mention the staff are very nice the manager is very nice I don't remember her name I love her.she treats me nice

We looked all day for a pair of shoes for my husband. After at left 6 other stores, he finally found some that he liked in the Sperry's store. Thank goodness! Tons to choose from and very helpful staff.

Love this place, my favorite for a good pair of flats, boatshoes for my nephews. Some of the most durable shoes I've ever worn aaaannnddd you can't beat their clearance prices.

I wear a size 15 and have always had trouble finding any kind of selection of shoes. This particular Sperry outlet had quite a few for me to choose from. I was impressed.

I have never been so disrespected by an employee in my entire life. If my children were not standing next to me, i would of slapped her. It it not my fault you put the wrong price tag on a shoe. Ridiculous! I will be writing a letter to corporate.

I bought my favorite Sperry boots here before returning to the snow in NH. Much cheaper than online!!
