* hi! You can also check out my glowing review about KIRSTEN at the Davie location! Those that read it know Kirsten went & above & beyond to help me find the exact shoe & I size we needed at a location closer to me! After 3 calls she found them! IZZY at this location… So after all that I didn’t get the chance to hit the store in time to pick them up the next day! ‍ I just called and got IZZY on the line who said I’m sure we still have them but I’ll go check. She was very patient, kind and friendly! She found them and put them on hold for me again, and I assured her I would be there today! She said not to worry, I promise they will be here with your name on it! I have never shopped at Tillys before, my 12 year old is the one who told me about it… I have to tell you based on these two encounters, though I have yet to see their shop, I would go out of my way to check out them again! Absolutely! I hope Tillys knows AND shows their appreciation to KIRSTEN and IZZY! It’s a hot job market these days and you don’t want to lose two Gems like these girls! If they are not in management yet, you ought to take a second at KIRSTEN and IZZY! Thanks again!
Kimberly was great! She acknowledged me and taught me a few things about skateboards. I have visited the Outlet Mall in the past, but I had never been at this place before. Customer service is A+ and I am definitely coming back!
I had a bad experience at this location. I would not recommend this spot to anyone. The worst customer service.
The experience was not pleasant, even if getting clothes for the lower price was non-existent so I haggled seriously with them and it still went through with few problems from the unfriendly cashier. I would not recommend this place if you don't like being stalked and have terrible customer service with overpriced items in the store. Do yourself an favor and find another good clothing store to explore.
My daughters and I visit the store at Palm Beach Outlets today and we were impressed by this girl Ylani. We are so pleased with her assistance that I couldn't leave the store without leaving a review about our positive experience. Ylani is the best sales associate we ever met. She has such good energy and enthusiasm for her work at Tillys, great attitude and customers skills. The store was 15 min away from being close and she greeted us when we first walked in she made us feel very welcome, most of the time, you are told the store are closed and they shut the door on your face. I was hunting for pants for my older daughter, we had walked into so many stores and Tillys was the last holding our hopes. Ylani went above and beyond to help us find the right size jeans for my daughter. She found us the right size and also order more clothes online for us. She's definitely worth the trip to the store. I will be coming back to the store to shopping again. Ylani You rock girl! Thank you for your help!
I purchased several items at this store for my daughter's birthday including a bathing suit top, shirts and shorts. The sales associates knew I was shopping for my daughter and said I could return anything that didn't work out. The shorts did not fit. I came to the store today with the shorts, tags still on in the Tilly's bag WITH my receipt and they would not refund my money or even offer store credit because the shorts had a red tag on them which means "final sale". The shorts were $25 dollars; certainly not a "deal". At no time was I told when purchasing any of the items for my daughter did anyone mention a "final sale". Now I have a pair of $25 shorts that are worthless to me. I will not return to this store.
They didn’t remove the safety tag on a pair of socks, when I drove 30 mins out of the way to return the socks that had the safety still in them, they told me all sock sales are final. Absolutely rude and unprofessional manager. Terrible store. Avoid if you want to buy clothes without a headache.
Sorry to write bad review, really like your products, but maybe management will see it and do something about service there, waited 15 minutes for a cashier to allow me to buy one item. 3 people from the store on the floor and no one wanted to go to the register. So thank you for wasting my time waiting in line by myself and never getting to buy anything.
Worst customer service ever! I went in there to return or better yet exchange a bag that I bought less than one week ago and I was told that all sales were final. When I asked to talk to the manager the girl behind the counter explained to me that her manager does not approve any returns whatsoever because "we can't help what you do" . That is ridiculous! You have definitely lost a customer!
Ylani is the best sales associate at Tillys. I don't know how long she's been working there but I wish I had met her on my last visit when I couldn't find what I needed.
