These are our four fur babies but Sammy the white one in the front sitting down crossed the bridge 2 years ago. All the staff and Dr. Campbell were so compassionate to us during that gut wrenching time! The care we’ve received at North Hills has always been the best!
This was my first visit to North Hills Animal Hospital. Dr. Campbell and his staff were all professional, competent, courteous and caring of my Zac. Everything you want for health carers to be for your precious family member! ,
This vet is becoming more off-putting with every visit. Every time we need a stool sample, they are conveniently "unable to get a sample", and we have to visit again to drop off the sample. Then it was "we were unable to trim his nails" even though they offer the service, to now charging 4% to use a debit/credit card. Add it into your product cost. Instead they choose to say, we don't want to pay for this business cost, so were just going to pass it along to you. Reality check, people rarely carry cash or checkbook anymore...so great job on creating another revenue stream. Positive note, I was able to get an fairly quick appointment. This is why it's 3 stars...
I moved out of state last August and wish I could've taken this place with me. I've been to many vets as I grew up with animals all my life, and this one will always have a special place in my heart. They are some of the most caring staff and you can tell they genuinely care for the animals. Even when I moved to Little Rock, I still made the drive here because I knew I would always get quality care for my pets. Including my parents, we've taken 10 animals give or take, whether for check-ups, health concerns, or euthanasia and my whole family has trusted them and they have yet to let us down. It's hard to beat quality like that and I'm continuing to search for something that compares to that where I live now.
My daughter called to see if there were any openings for an emergency and was told yes. We arrived with our little cat that hasn’t eaten or drank any water for over 24 hours. My daughter was told that they no longer had the opening that someone came and took it. We were confused because that’s why we called and we told them we were in our way. Well our poor Nacho kitty was turned away and I pray I don’t come home from clinic with a dead kitten and 3 heart broken children. We called other places and nothing was available. I guess Arkansas just lets your animals die. Our poor little baby
My girls have seen the doc here and have had good experiences. I have two very different chihuahuas. One of then makes friends through treats and the other makes friends through toys. When I told them Arya was toy motivated, they brought her a bucket to pick from. Before long, she loved them and was giving them licks. They've helped our babies and I will be back. :
I would give 10 stars for Dr. Travis and the staff at NHAH. They helped our Girl over the rainbow bridge as if she was their own. Saints, one and all. Thank you!
I took my new puppy their for his second shots. Dr. Travis was amazing and so was her assistant. They answered every question we had, and made my puppy’s experience so easy. Loving and friendly! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
My Chihuahua had a severe swollen eye and my usual vets office refused to work him in. I called North Hills and they worked him right in. The staff was amazing. The veterinarian is one of the nicest I have me and the receptionists were great! With the medication he prescribed my little dogs eye quickly returned to normal and a plan is in place to address the root cause. I was truly impressed with them and will be going here from now on.
Super friendly, great folks and very knowledgeable. I'm definitely making this place my main vet for the area. They have everyone wait in their cars with their pets so they all don't make each other nervous while you wait. They were super quick and very nice with my dog.
