The surgery center is easily accessible to both I-540 and 71B with ample parking designed for quick and easy access to our facility.

Oh, today was a wonderful experience! I had an amazing team working with me today! My daughter was there to drive me and be with me and I guess I was cussing and loud coming of anesthesia and they all laughed and cut up! I so apologize for that! I was under the influence! Thank you so much for all the staff from the time I opened the doors to check in all the way through to do my procedure! I really appreciate everything! Thank you so very much!

I came to pick up a family member after a colonoscopy with Dr. Hicks and Megan the nurse was actually waiting for me at the entrance and reprimanded me like a child for not picking up their call on time I had missed their call 20 minutes ago. This was very rude unprofessional behavior and she should be talked to about this.

Im sure the staff is great but when you have a colonoscopy scheduled n you show up as scheduled but they dont have you on the schedule it becomes your fault for their lack of follow thru to get you in as soon as possible. Reschedule you for an additional 6 hours out of fasting.  RIDICULOUS!!!!

I had shoulder arthroscopy done yesterday at North Hills by Dr. Heinzelmann. The entire staff was wonderful! They were all professional but also very friendly. Dr. Kendall was my anesthesiologist, and I couldn’t have asked for any better. I can’t say enough good about the entire staff. I got a follow up call from them this morning to assure all was still good. Their service goes above and beyond expectations.

I had a wonderful experience today!  Thanks to all the staff - reception, Dr. Eck Theresa & his clinic staff, Amanda anesthesiology, Lorena, MA, Brenda RN, Mark RN and all associated staff who provided care after I received amnesia inducing premeds!  As a Heath Care Provider, I know my eye is a little more critical than the average bear. They all passed with flying colors!  Thanks again to all!

I had an arthroscopic knee surgery a few months ago. Some of the staff was friendly, no issues with billing. One nurse was extremely rude and condescending. I woke up from the anesthetic with zero pain killers in my system after an arthroscopic surgery. This was by far the most pain I have ever been in. After being told I would be back to full use in one month and not need physical therapy, I am now two and a half months out, still cannot walk correctly and still in physical therapy. The surgery center denies there were any complications during the procedure.

Have never had a problem here tell today. Received a phone call to say my service could not be done here. After setting appt on monday with my doctor. Was told becuase of my BMI and medication i am on. Explained my husband is on the same thing and they tols me they coulsnt givs me anymore details. Now possibly having to wait a month for surgery because having to request off of work again. Feel like seen i am the patient i should be able to get more details!!!

From the front check in to the discharge we received wonderful care. The nurses are always friendly and personable. They really put you at ease. Dr. Mullis and Dr. Cashman have been great. I love that we don’t have to go to the hospital for these outpatient surgeries.

Best surgery experience anyone could possibly have! Sounds odd, but true. Had ankle surgery, and staff and Dr. Pleimann did a fantastic job of explaining to me what was going on. Thanks North Hills

3 of my family members have had surgery here. They've been kind, courteous, and professional each time. Post-op has been excellent, and we've had no issues with billing.
