This place have no consideration with old and loyal clients. I was 7 min late but I was in the parking lot and I received a call that I have to reschedule. Ok. I was a little late but I was parking I wasn’t at my home. No empathy. And very rude. Also this is a expensive place. lot of money and my dog have a ear infection for more than a year and just worst day by day. Just giving away my money in this place. Looking somewhere else right now
They are the best Veterinarians in town. I trust them all. Kind, Caring, Compassionate. The front desk personnel is excellent, so willing to help you get your pet in as soon as possible. I'm so fortunate to be a part of their practice.
I want to give a huge shoutout to the great people at North Naples Veterinary Hospital. I've been taking my pets there for nearly two decades now and they've always been amazing. The people that work the front desk are kind and welcoming and the technicians behind the scenes are fantastic as well. Then of course is Dr. Lehman. I took our new puppy there today and after walking in and shaking my hand, Dr. Lehman took a seat on the floor to be close to the puppy and earn her trust. Unfortunately, I've even had to have a cat put to sleep and they were so kind, comforting and professional during the entire visit. If you are looking for a vet, definitely do not hesitate to give them a call.
Shout out to the entire staff at NNVH. I have been bringing my dogs here for more years than I are to count - one thing I can always count on though friendly, caring & knowledgeable staff. Brought a rescue dog in for an exam & was so reassured when I left that she’s going to live a long happy healthy life. Thank you Dr. Gorbutt, J, Ann & since day one love you Dr. Lehman GO GATORS
We have been using North Naples Vet since we moved here 4 years ago. We go monthly as our pug has allergies and chronic ear infections. She used to be a disaster at the vet back in NY, hyperventilating for an hour after her appointment was even over!! Since we started coming here she is so calm. Doesn’t panic, doesn’t shake like she used to. Today I was waiting for our regular appointment when I realized how calm she was in my arms and how she was just relaxing in my arms. Made me think back to how she was and so thankful she doesn’t have to go through that anymore!! Everyone on the staff is so amazing, so sweet, so loving and so calming. Thank you all for taking such good care of my baby!!
They are the best. Truly care about your animals and have great doctors. Solid vet techs as well.
The staff are fantastic and the vets amazing. They look after our 17 year old mixed breed dog Snax so well. I Cannot thank them enough.
