A small well managed park with average sized full hook up sites on concrete pads with grass between. Mostly pull through sites. The bathhouse is up to date, clean and functional. The Wifi is good as is the cell data. There is a laundry room. You can hear the constant drone of the interstate and there is a railroad within earshot with just a couple of freight trains per day. We did not find either annoying as the noise quickly became white noise. The grass was a bit brown during out visit due to local watering restrictions.
Enjoyed our stay. Park is VERY clean and well kept. Fair price. Clean Laundry area. Pet friendly. People are super nice! Off freeway so a little bit of traffic noise but not a big deal at all. Close to Ferndale and shopping. Close to fast food and restaurants. We will definitely return. Stayed here a few days while visiting family in the area.
Sites were small. Park is neat and clean. Prices are reasonable
Super nice management. Clean facilities. The grass is kept so nice and green. We have been here long term and have never had a problem with noisy neighbors. Everyone here keeps their spaces nice and unlike other long term RV places, NO junk scattered around campers or permanent make shift structures. Very nice for a short stay or long!
We first stayed at Norwest in 2018. We found the park comfortable, and the manager Heather, a delight to deal with, and very helpful with any questions we had. Very professional. We stayed again a few more times, and then management changed. Unfortunately we found the new management, not quite the same. Unfortunately, we have chosen not to return to that park due to the management. Also it is a small park, not one that has a playground for children, or paths to walk your pets, the parking is limited, if you have a rig and ONE vehicle, that's fine, the 2nd vehicle you pay a daily charge to park it there.
It is a small park but very clean and well maintained. The office staff are very polite and helpful. Will definately come back.
The owners of this place are very nice people, it's a very quiet setting no loud parties or anything like that ever going on people are very respectful it's convenient because there's a Pilot truck stop just a couple of blocks away their Subway sandwiches McDonald's and whatnot just about the same distance from here. I would highly recommend this place to anybody that might be looking for a temporary or long-term stay at a discounted price. This is the most affordable place to park an rv or camper in the area. I definitely give it five stars. the only thing that isn't so great is the showers in the men's room but that's only because there isn't any water pressure but each site has full hookups for water sewer Wi-Fi power. Weekly and monthly rates are available and the owners are great with helping to find a place for you to stay. As a veteran myself I like to deal with other veterans and give them my business whenever possible.
Heather at the office is very very helpful nice quiet clean Park affordable would stay there anytime
This place was perfect for my quarantine, quiet, I have a big green backyard behind my Rv, I love the open space, there’s only 2 washing machines and 3 dryers but I never had a problem with that, the bathroom are old and not supper clean , or nice . I used my Rv shower.
A basic RV park, clean, restrooms, laundry. Concrete pads with 5 foot grass seperation. Close access off I-5, with constant background noise from freeway. If the rumble and horn of trains awaken you, you may want to go elsewhere. Would stay here again, with consideable consideration of convenience.
