The management at this park is horrible.They are not nice to children and discriminate against you if you have them.Bob and Kelly would go out of their way on a daily basis to harass my family .Bob was also caught multiple times by our children peeking through all of our windows when he thought we were not home,or to see my kids,not quite sure which.they were also to lazy to open or clean the shower house and bathrooms so they would just keep them locked and make you ask for a key any time you needed them which was a hassle since they were rarely there during business hours . We called and complained to the owners who lived in California but they did nothing but says" that doesn't sound like them to me".never even checking in to what we told them.the neighbors all hung out with and loved our kids but management would complain daily even calling cps and making false allegations against us on multiple occasions. During our stay we have a new baby and towards the end of my fiance's pregnancy Bob would come by and harass her and scold her to the point of tears almost on a daily basis. If I could rate these people less than 1 star I would .

The park was a great location for temporary workers. Was here for a little over a month. It is older, but seemed to be improved from the previous reviews. The management on site was very helpful with any isses that arrose. Rates were very reasonable! Just FYI, they prefer Money Order or Cashier's Check, Credit Card machine was down during our stay in early 2019.

This park is in a great location not too far from the heart of Birch Bay. The on-site Management works hard every day making positive changes. As with anything, it takes time to achieve results but compared to a few years ago, definite progress can be seen. I have no problem making a recommendation if someone is looking for an affordable place to park an RV or long term mobile home.

They just passed a rule from what I overheard from the Manager: all RVs must be 10 years or newer. This now means there is no place in Whatcom accepting older RV's. This park isn't the most highly rated, with obvious problems, but when you are desperate with little means to go elsewhere you make the best of it. $550 a month is still very reasonable based on current rents in the county. Drug issues will still be a part of every neighborhood. It actually is better than a year ago when I moved in as there are new managers, but they do not make the rules, the out of state owners do attorneys, by the way.

weve been here for about 4 years now and im not sure what improvements they are talking about. if anything, the whole place has gone the opposite of any improvenents. alot of "we r going to 's" , and very little "follow thru's". The rv section does NOT recieve any mail service, although our rent was raised from 485.00 to 550.00 / mo. but to off set that, the power is included in the rent, so its all on how ya wanna look at the park in a whole. friendly residents, and fairly certain the new managers are getting things slowly accomplished that previous managment failed to do. the gossip and slander that is often heard through the park is, in my opinion, very unprofessional. its uncalled for and really doesnt do much except hurt peoples feelings and ends up with resentments against the Plaza Park name and reputation. the lack of open communication is whats the most disappointing. the owners live in California and show themselves maybe, at best, 3 times / year. Ud think the owners would be open to any new suggestions that come along with the long term residents that have been here, but in all honesty, it seems to be only about the almighty dollar. and very little interest in what the residents wants and / or needs are. no fire plan or evacuation routes posted, let alone any ready fire extinguishers available, no posted map of the propery or site numbers to match the slots. office and showers are NOT handicapped friendly, again, no mail service for rv tenants, onlt the modular homes recieve mail. office isnt marked "Office" scattered hours when they are available. Scattered hours for laundry room and bathroom/ showers. and NO lock on shower room door! its an uncomfortable feeling to be showering, knowing ANYONE can walk right in the building. its not safe, nor is it any way, shape or form ok to not have our individual privavcy that we all should rightly have. both mens and womens are left unlocked . I could go on about the fall and winter months issues that arise every year, but the owners have been working on solutions to fix those issues and im hoping this will be the last year having to deal with the problem of flooding in the rv section. i really like living here and i know every place has its ups and downs, that seems to come with the deal when your a renter. i have faith in the Plaza Park team, and residents alike that eventually all issues will be addressed and we can put 5 stars on the review. But im sorry its about a 2 and a half stars at best right now until these issues are fixed and our little community can someday soon shine brightly against the blue sky! Don't be afraid to check us out, my honesty is raw, but not meant to ridicule. thank you

This is the worst! If you have children, stay away! You have drug dealing, needles on the ground in shared areas, The Sheriffs dept. cruses through, but feel their hands are tied because these people have a warning system. no one else picks up after their dogs, and now the office was broke into it's moldy and falling apart and the owners of the park said they were replacing it...in November, then in December...still no new office. The computer was taken and who knows about our personal files with confidential information! I've been stuck here for 2 years and what I've heard and seen is horrid. It's a slum lord park. Promises of speed bumps, lighting, new office, to fix areas that flood with rain and getting rid of drug dealers all are smoke and mirrors.

My wife and kids live here and they forced me to leave the trailer that's owned by my wife because I don't have credit.. well that's what the paperwork I received said.. right before Christmas no less.. management here has threatened my family, lied to us, and forced us to s separate in the middle of a pandemic putting me on the street..

I was helping a friend get moved in and took my dog to the park. My dog found and almost ate a tiny bag of some white powder that I can only assume was drugs. I threw it into the garbage.

Great place. Lock your doors and keep your window s locked and eyes forward. You'll have a great time. Personal defense recommend

It needs alot of improvements ..Since the guy who managed it wasnt manager material & no people skills& has displayed vulgarness& rude& calling the tenants names out loud..He was fired long over do..He made this place unpleasant & unfriendly to where people werent very nice to each other..He was more like a intoxicated park natzi that wasnt he made it feel like..It needs things updated & in proper safe & working proper..Providing a play area & thats fenced for children to play safely without parents & children being concerned about there safety..Theres no place period for the children to play except in the road..Theres people who live & most those who dont who drive extremely fast even law enforcements drivin in here very fast during the day & night just to be known there here..So its not as pleasant as it was when i first came here 6 months ago not even close..
