"Where Yesterday Lives"
The Obion County Museum was established in Union City in 1970. Since our humble beginnings, we have expanded our exhibits from regional findings to international artifacts. Come travel back to pre-historic times with our ancient Woolly Mammoth skeleton that is over 13,000 years-old. Our military exhibit dates back to the American Civil War era. We invite you to come learn about this region's rich history by touring our antique log cabin.
We offer tours daily. Group rates are avaliable, and school groups are welcomed. Friendly volunteers offer educational tours, and provide fun two-way learning experiences. Weekly art classes are offered to people of all ages.
