It is rare I do a 1 star, but want to share my tale of whoa about the return/exchange policy: While the store is great and folk working there are doing a good job - the return policy stinks!!! Bought a pair of shoes for my kiddo and they broke within 2 weeks of purchase, went into the store to exchange the damaged shoes for new ones since they broke, but the return policy is strictly "unworn" condition - summary if you wear them and they break - NO EXCHANGES!!! Unless somehow they break while you are putting them on the 1st time?
a good shoe store, a large selection of both women's and men's shoes... But the price, in my opinion, is expensive$$$
Checkout lines are long. Thankfully, they move fairly quickly. It would be appreciated if small & large sho sizes had bigger stickers since there are fewer of these sizes - mainly size 5 & size 10-12+. It's not fun looking for shoes for these sizes. Staff is friendly even though they are overwhelmed. Mgmt should find better ways to help staff & customers have a better experience.
Big variety, which is nice, but same price at other stores that are similar. Not much savings. Young women at cashier was rude & not very accommodating to hold shoes to check something else. It was very disappointing since we have shopped here before & never had issues until now.

Waited over 30 minutes to check out at end of day on a Sunday. Only two registers open and the line was wrapped around the store. It was like that earlier in the day as well which was why we came back. Line moved VERY slowly and several people left. One group was at one register for over five minutes with some kind of issue. There didn't seem to be any processes in place for expediting a long line or quickly solving problems. It's a discount store, but better management and customer service are needed. Will not be going back. Unreasonable wait time is not worth the discounted prices.
At least 10 people in line and the man Casey we asked for a 2nd cashier said "we can't spare anybody"
My granddaughter wanted these pretty Van shoes, they didn't have her size, Floor sales person Tim was very helpful in checking to see if they had her size in back room which they didn't, so he told me that we could order them and have had FedEx to our address which we did. His customer service was great.
Despite what these people say I genuinely love this store everyone’s been very helpful and kind. The lines a little long yes but i found out its because the cashiers have to check each and every shoe box to make sure you get both of the correct shoes since customers like to put shoes in the wrong boxesThe bogo deal is a bit confusing but if you ask someone they explain it to you clearly and even give examples great store would shop here again
This place sucks. Waited in line for 20 min with one other person in front of me. All employees just standing there on the floor. I watched the manager leave and I walked out side and she is sitting on the ground vaping.. no sense of urgency or customer service. Yet they have every register is hiring. They can’t utilize the help they have so what is hiring more people to stand around going to do? Won’t return. Very rude.
