I love this particular store first because of it's staff, their great with customer service. Also I never have a problem getting exactly what I need & want, if they don't have it they'll let me know who does. The sale's are extremely wonderful right now. As far as have they changed, I have and still do love this particular location!!!
Great place to get hot gear locally and their Return policy is fair, although they only give store credit, you can also use the credit to shop at the online store, so it’s very convenient.
IGNORANT @ THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION AND IT DISTURBS THE PEOPLE. [The worst location] MY EXPERIENCE WASTHE WORST EVER OF ALL MY REVIEWS. DTLR IS A COMPLETE DISASTER . THE SECURITY IS EMOTIONAL. SHE SHOULD CHANGE HER PRIDEFUL MINDSET. I DIDNT UNDERSTAND THIS DAY AT THE LOCATION .IM SPENDING ABOUT 200.00 THE WORKER SAID THE ITEM WAS HIGHER BEFORE PURCHASE. SURPLUS SURPLUS SURPLUS... Was there today.worst expierence ever.asked a worker which sweater looked better and with a nasty attitude said "whatever you like"dirty look and rushing me.I will call home office about this issue.nasty and belligerent is the status quo. Broad st.site.
Customer Service is T R A SH!!!!!!! I stood in the same spot for 6 minutes while the sales associates gathered at the counter deep in ratchet conversation about BS while $300 burned a hole in my pocket. Why why why do you have to flag someone down for service? Then the guard tried get someone’s attention but I thanked him anyway. This store needs new management and customer service training, until then I’ll shop online because this store is horrible.
I though sneaker villa was pretty good. Not the cleanest store on the planet. The dressing rooms specifically. However the staff that helped me was awesome. I needed 3 entire new outfits from head to toes. Shoes to shirt. The gentleman that helped me was patient and understanding and tried to help me look as good as possible in athletic wear. Expensive is how I would describe their prices.
No one greeted me when I walked in. The manager helped me out and he was really nice but the staff needs to work on there people skills. They need more options for women and kids too
Great store in n out if u now what you want
Friendly staff and the selections are good with sale options that are current not the outdated overstock
Very polite and helpful workers and very reasonable prizes THUMBS UP ALL DA WAY UP
