Had a FLAWLESS experience with this location with an over-the-phone purchase. Customer service was excellent and I received the shoes in time for work the very next day. I think the customer rep I spoke to was Alexia. Awesome job you guys.
Went to another Red Wing store in Commerce customer service was bad. So I drove to the Long Beach location, very welcoming and excellent customer service from all the staff. Alexia helped me out. Very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about helping customers.
Staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. They helped my husband find the perfect work shoe. I only wish they had a bigger selection , but overall, excellent experience.
The employee who assisted me was not very helpful. He actually made me feel like I was bothering him even though I knew the 1 or 2 pair of boots that I wanted. Wasn't good at answering questions and overall had a bad attitude.
Alexia was cheerful,informative and helpful. Fully confident these quality boots will last for years walking 5-10miles per day at work while looking goooood!
Pro tip on footbeds………Weekender Canvas Mocs come with a Shaped Comfort Bed insert. They are good but not great for long days of city waking on vacation. So I purchased the Quadrex Footbed red color and it makes a world of difference in arch support and extra padding. Yes, your boot is going to fit slightly more snug so offset this by wearing Redwing standard classic crew socks you can get these on sale at Marshall’s without the industrial extra padding. Keep in mind that most all Redwing boots run slightly narrow which is great for me so if extra room is a factor, make sure you try these on in-store to see if it is right for you. Tip: Take the Comfort Force Footbed insert that comes with the Moc boots and trim the tip of the insert slightly for it to fit into your Heritage Iron Ranger boots for that extra cushion in the footbed that those boots do not come with. Boom; a two for a one. 4 stars because I wish more Redwing shoes were made in the USA as they did many years ago.
Karina was dope and helpful, I didn’t know what I was doing or how to pick the perfect shoe insole for my weird feet but she guided me and found the perfect insoles for me.
Got another pull on boot and I’m extremely pleased with the fit. I have big wide feet and they boots fit perfect and comfortable.

Picking up new soles for the work boots I acquired from a previous visit. The gentleman who assited me didn't get his name helped select the size I needed thru a machine that detects foot pressure points. VERY cool. He helped select the sole size, did a walk-about in the store, and rang me up and out the door all in about 10min.
