The St Mary's Undergraduate Research Office oversees three major programs: 1) summer undergraduate research fellowships, which enable 5-7 StMU undergrads to do summer research with a faculty mentor and receive a stipend) 2) the Annual Research Symposium and Creative Activities Exhibition, and 3) the Cimadevilla seminar series, which hosts speakers from within StMU and from outside, usually Texans, usually alumni or scientists who mentor StMU students, in presenting their research (Fridays at 1:30 in Life Science 102)
