Overall it's great to have this Outlet at the mall. But my only complaint is that the store is messy a lot and unless it is the holiday times it's very hit or miss with the items in the store. Sometimes there are selections are of abundance and other times entire sections of the store are empty. I just went there less than 2 weeks ago and the little girl section had less than 50% of the items on the shelves and racks. But the boys section was completely full.
Shopping at Old navy can be a bit challenging because this store is so big and they have so many different product categories, but if you don’t mind battling some mild disorganization and lots of other shoppers you are sure to be able to get a deal! I found these awesome shorts that were only $15 that I loved!
Before July 26, 2019 and after Feb 6, 2010 pics. The store looks so much better than before! The check out area is neat and organized and laid out better. Staff are actually working instead of standing around chatting. Great job to new management Maureen?...hopefully, you can maintain this as it makes shopping a much more enjoyable experience . *PS: Only gave 4s because the checkout line filled up fast but there were not enough checkers.

Lots of choices, lots of reasonable pricing. Was impressed that they carry large sizes up to 4x. I don't need them now but at one time when I was quite heavy it was hard to find nice clothes. Good helpful staff, very pleasant.
My husband and I had been looking for old navy 4th of July t-shirts. We have been buying them for several years for our family. Every store we checked they did not have the sizes we needed. We finally went to your store in orange and got the BEST customer service from Fabian who went way beyond to help us and it was very much appreciated
I’m here at the Old Navy Outlet in Orange buying gifts for my high school staff. I saw they had a special deal for beautiful fleece blankets for only $3! I needed to buy 70, and the employees were very helpful and friendly! It started with manager Maureen accommodating my huge order, then Ana lead helped me out with logistics and it ended with excellent cashier service by Kimberly. Shout out to Caesar for helping carry the many boxes of blankets to my car! Thank you for the excellent customer service you four!
My girlfriend comes here quite often. The prices are very reasonable and the selections are good.
There was no line to get into the store unlike 70% of all the stores at the outlet center. People are definitely spending money as they really didnt have my size. Old Navy has a great rewards discount program. Total was 91.00$ after I signed up went down to 70.00$ Great deal
Visit on Tuesday and you can get 10% off. They have employees who are very easy going and helpful to go in the back to check if there are items that you are looking for. The manager on duty the day I visited even told us to make sure we take advantage of the 10% Tuesday deal. is good seen people have good service quality skills and are helpful
