I feel like shopping online rather than in store is always better. Every time I get into the store, I feel like they don't have many good options. They don't really stock any plus size in store either. There was a large area of clearance returns from customers online being resold so that is kind of neat maybe. I probably won't return ever tbh.
This mall might be dead but this store is always stocked. The service is great and it’s never busy. You can shop in peace. We all know old navy in most malls are busy but because the mall doesn’t have much foot traffic it’s a breeze to be in and out.
Didn't have what I wanted but their stock looked to be plentiful.
It's Old Navy. They have good sales on already cheap clothes, but their fashion sense is usually a decade too late.
Old Navy was fine. Good customer service. The mall is pitiful.
Sad mall, I think Old Navy is the last major retailer left.
We came to get a bathing suit. There was limited stock but when my daughter found one we got 50% off and that was an awesome surprise! I'm so glad we made the drive to start looking here.
Saw the store manager slam her hands down on a table and snap at another employee using a very sharp tongue. The employee, and another that was nearby, appeared to be very taken back. It is my opinion that this method of communication between manager and employee out on the sales floor presents a very toxic atmosphere and is an attempt to instill fear in the eyes of subordinates. I also don’t like that my child could have happened to see this aggression either. Someone needs to do an evaluation on that manager. She needs anger management training.
Management didn't open all 6 lines. They allowed customers to skip those that had been in line for over 30 minutes. One employee was socialising with a customer and taking her sweet time checking people out. It took her 30 minutes to check 2 customers out. After speaking with the manager who looked completely unprofessional she didn't have an answer for any of my complaints. She did not offer any assistance to myself or other customers. I would not come back to this location ever again.
Checkout is a nightmare. We've been here 3 times, checkout usually takes anywhere from 15-45 minutes. This time there was one lady at the counter for 30 minutes or so. Maybe more. No one else called up to the front to help out. No apology for it taking forever. Meanwhile we have a child getting fussy. Pathetic.
