We went on a Sunday night. Was about 15-20 minutes, wait. Which usually is expected anytime at any Olive Garden we've gone to. Our waiter was a nice young man, but I'm not sure waiting is his thing. He did not write down our order. About 5 minutes later, he came back to ask what we ordered. Then he brought out our salad. When my husband asked if we should get soup with our orders. He said yes and took those. Another 10 minutes go by, and we realize we never got our drinks. Asked for them when he brought the soup. One drink was wrong, but we drank anyway. Food came out, and I was disappointed. I got the salam, which was about 1/2, the size of what they show on the menu. It tasted great but was gone in about 5 bites. This is why I give it 3.5 stars.
I finally experienced OG for the first time and it did not disappoint. Everything was awesome. Service, food, drinks on point. We didn't want to leave because we were so stuffed with our food babies and ready to slip into a carb coma. LOL So worth the wait. I can't wait to go again.Food: 5/5
I used to go to Olive garden all the time with my family. Unfortunately I haven't been there in about one and a half years and the food has gone totally downhill. Not even the breadsticks tasted good. I sent my dinner back and ate only chicken knocci soup, which was only half as good as it used. The service was wonderful but what good is good service when the food it's not at all appealing
On Friday August 4,2023 I called to reserve a table for me and my daughter and grandchildren to celebrate my birthday and boy waitress was not a good one . He brought me the wrong order and when I told him that he said that he sorry. But how could he forget if he wrote it down anyway after waiting 45 minutes to be served the food was the wrong order. He apologized and took it back and made me wait for another 35 minutes to get my order but they round down the food and it didn't look nor taste good. Very disappointed with the service and I would not go back there. Nor will recommend. The came to my table and asked if everything is ok and I told her no and explained so she took my order of the bill, the waitress brought a slice of cheese cake but still didn't ask my daughter if she wanted another drink and my grandson if he wanted a refill of his drink. Very unprofessional service
Very awkwardly-acting waitress needs to lighten up. Could not be light or make jokes with her then she got an attitude when my brother asked if we were her only table.Food: 3/5
Olive garden Italian restaurant was a good fit for the evening , the server was quiet pleasant, the food was on time, the meal wasn't bad. The children meal was good, the drink and the seat as well. They provide crayons and coloring books. It was good. The whole family can sit together and dine. That is good. Parking was good, they had place for baby changing. The rest room wasn't bad. Not a bad place to go. Parking places were also there. Not bad.
Updated: I was offered to come back to olive garden to try it again. It was like night and day. The food was fresh and warm. The service was fast and attentive. Everything was perfect on this visit. Especially our server Brad. Thanks ! I was so dissapointed at my most recent visit here. Service was mediocre at best. The attention to detail was lacking. The food was Luke warm. The large alfredo sauce for breadsticks was definitely what the small used to be. I found something strange in my food. Was told it was part of a tomato but looked very odd like a mutant tomato. No offer to do anything about it. I wouldn't have given a bad review if it was just one or two things wrong but we counted 8 things wrong with the service and food.
We love Olive Garden. Brad is our favorite server. Andrew has NEVER been disappointed here!Food: 5/5
Family gathering and spent a lot of time here. Waitress was very attentive. Water, salad, and bread were quickly filled. Food was timely. After we finished eating, the table was cleared. We were able to linger after dinner and did not feel rushed to free the table. We had an enjoyable evening!Food: 5/5
We love Olive Garden. The salads are delicious. You can tell that my husband and I love cheese. They keep putting it on until you say that you have had enough. Meal was so nice. I had a great time with my husband. The wait staff was good. With all of the people eating you would think it was going to be loud. This wasn't the case here.
