Fettuccine Alfredo and make your own pasta with meatballs was good. Portions are good size. Waitress was excellent. Parking is a little tough.Food: 5/5
The Service: Our server, Charissa, was very attentive and efficient. We didn't have to wait long before she took our order, serving drinks & bread. She constantly came back to our table to check on us. Very good customer service! The Food: We ordered mozzarella cheese appetizer. Super cheesy~ Love it! The artichoke dip appetizer, the pita chips were too soft and not crispy. Their pasta dishes are good size to share. Kids meal... huge portion. The Parking: Huge plaza parking lot free
I'm 45 years old and I have never been to an Olive garden, first time, the wait time to be seated was about 25 to 35 minutes, I've seen the commercials, heard the radio adds, but never really cared to much to go experience it till now and only because I was out voted, it was okay, the food was good, I got the Angel hair with meat sauce, and shrimp it was good, the soup was okay. The staff was very friendly and helpful
We came here on a weekday so there was no waiting although it was crowded. I really liked the food in here pasta was delicious and it was quickly served. We also ordered berry sangria it was also delicious and just alone worth a visit. I was not a fan of the famous house salad it was just lettuce and literally 2 olives 1 tomato but i really liked the portion. Only down side in Olive Garden is that all the tables have tablets and you can play games on them so if you have a child or a grown up child like a husband in my case keep in mind that they are not free, and it is automatic added to your tab. It should state that these games are not free more openly.
Our server, Stacy, was wonderful. Checked on us often and gave us great suggestions to what we could add on to our entrées. The food was delicious and Stacy brought our food quickly. She then brought me a slice of cake for my Birthday. We had a great experience.Food: 5/5
Incredible staff, great speed of services, and quality Food/Beverages. Burbank Olive Garden is one of the nicest I have seen, with a very close to authentic Italian experience. Average prices for incredible food, the Chicken Alfredo was cooked to perfection. Great for crowds large or small; Uber Eats, Order Ahead, or dine-in. Vegetarian options: Plenty of Vegetarian/Vegan options Kid-friendliness: Very Kid-friendly Wheelchair accessibility: Access Friendly Dietary restrictions: Let your Server know if you have Dietary Restrictions.
Food was good and we didn't have to wait long for a table. Our server Jen was fantastic!Food: 4/5
went there on a Friday evening 6:30 p.m. we got seated within 10 minutes. service was wonderful... in a time and age when service is obviously lacking, this particular restaurant had many servers and are specific. waitress was very attentive professional. very nice to see that service still matters. and besides all that the food was wonderful. the black tie dessert. fantastic
As the 14 rolled on thru once again i took my partner to Olive Garden in burbank. Great service by alexander A. Food was delicious finishing up the leftovers as i type this post. I will comeback for sure next time The sitting was pretty fast the time they took to serve us was also very fast it was like they were just waiting for us to get there. food was hot. soup was delicious loved the garlic bread. the cake was just mouthwatering. There was one little bit of downside. we were trying look thru the little pay machine they put on the table and we saw it even has games on it we were browsing thru it. Never plaid the game and we were charged $2.99 didn't noticed it till next day But other than that everything thing went smooth. But will be back for mother's day.
The estimated wait time mentioned during check in was very accurate, allowing us to complete some other shopping nearby. Food tasted very good and the service was very friendly. There are some touch screen game devices aimed at kids, and ensure NOT to touch them even by mistake as you may get billed for that. I moved the device to accommodate food on table and looks like that triggered something on screen and it was charged to the table. When we mentioned we didn't use it, that was removed from the charges. My son enjoyed the food in the kids menu. Vegetarian options: We were able to confirm if the food we ordered were vegetarian and the friendly staff confirmed them. Kids menu too had vegetarian options.
