The front desk staff are so sweet and super helpful. This dental facility has a a beautiful waiting room and the exam rooms are very spacious and you can't hear the drill! Our dental hygienist, Andrea, is the absolute best! My son likes her a lot and never complains about seeing the dentist. Kudos to Andrea... She is awesome!
I initially found this location for my son since I typically go through the VA to get my teeth cleaned/checked. I am now a patient here as well. That’s how great the first impression was from start to finish at my son’s appointment. Even though the weather was bad and I made a wrong turn or two, when I called to let them know we were on our way, instead of saying we had a 15 min grace period they told us to drive safe and they’d see us when we got there. That was a very great impression off bat. When we did arrive the place was clean and comfortable. The coffee stand in the waiting area was clean and well stocked. The tour of the facility was not expected but very appreciated. The reception team is on it from the moment you walk in. I had the pleasure of chatting with Capri and Dr. Greene during my visit and just wow. Most people feel anxious and uncomfortable in a dental office but I was completely at ease. I really felt like they got to know me and didn’t see me as just another patient coming through. I will highly recommend to coworkers and friends looking for a dentist!
Couldn't ask for a better experience. Most people don't love going to the dentist & I'm definitely one of them but Dr. Hafen, his assistants & staff have changed my mind! I've always had trouble with my teeth my entire life & was devastated when I learned there was no point in continuing to fix them but instead to invest that money in replacing them. From the initial consult to my eventual surgery they have informed me, encouraged & support ME the entire way on my road to my Secure Smile. They have bent over backwards to help me & Dr. Hafen & his lab partner are artists in thier own right in obtaining the best look that I would be happy with. I've seen many dentists in my years & I couldn't more highly recommend this group of professionals to help you with everything from a simple cleaning or procedure to replacing your entire smile. LOVE THEM!
Had the best appointment today and was introduced to my newest venture “Invisalign”. I have a twenty plus year relationship with Henslee/Olympia Hills and it has always been top notch professional!!!! They are beyond customer focused/engaged and I am a lifer….Thanks to everyone from entrance to exit service excellence!

Claude Brysch - using my wife's account. I have been with Oak Hills for a number of years with Dr. Christine Rodriguez guiding my dental care. Every visit over the years has been a joy. I look forward to my time there. She and Kristen and Xavier are a dental team I have counted on and thoroughly enjoyed being with each time I visit. This is a happy place all the time. Recently I had crowns placed on my top center front teeth - a critical area for my smile. The crowns are "perfectly" placed and are a work of art. I happily recommend this family to all my friends and to everyone looking for people that care about you and your dental health.
Today I took my 11 year old to see the new pediatric dentist at Olympia Hills Family Dental for the first time. She was phenomenal! Dr. Mueller pulled out all the stops to keep him informed and distracted during his filling. His filling was superficial and he only needed nitrous oxide and not a shot. My son also has an overactive gag reflex and has difficulty when things are put in his mouth at the dentist. He didn’t gag once today! We are officially Team Mueller!
Andrea is always fantastic with my son. So engaging and knowledgeable. The entire office vibe is positive and welcoming. It seems like Dr Hafen and his team strive to promote a healthy, fun work environment which then translates to happy staff who provide outstanding care!
OHFD is awesome. My whole family has been seen here for seven years. Even as the practice has grown, the customer service and care by medical staff and front office has remained top notch and not wavered one bit. Never had a bad experience!
I have been a customer here for 3-4 yrs already. First time,the doctor even called to introduce himself. The staffs here are very very friendly. They called your name like they know you forever. I feel comfortable here a lot and acting like my own place. They no rushing me and kind of listening to customers. Very high tech equipments. They take good care of my teeth.
