They have a nice selection of used and sometimes new kids clothing. We always find a variety of nice clothes for our boys, and at a reasonable price too. Thank you.
They have bad customer service, they are very rude to you. When you call them and ask them how it works, they don't explain it to you very well and they don't give you all the details like they should. I drove almost two hours here and they only took a few things, I asked them why and they were very rude to me about it. I will never come back here again
The place is amazing. Lots of nice stuff. Good quality. I liked it. But as someone who would like to go sell I just felt that the people in the counter had a bit of an attitude. I sent my husband to drop of some stuff without me telling him anything about my experience when I went and he came back saying the same: Place is nice, the people have an attitude.
Fantastic selection, wonderful prices, friendly and helpful staff! They have clothes for all seasons, very well organized by size, type of item, AND COLOR!. Clothes for premie through child/preteen at least. They also have toys, books, activities, utensils, cups, board games, baby gates, bouncer seats, booster seats, potty training stuff, and so much more. We got a really nice baby carrier and an activity center. Everything is in great condition. And when you are done with it, you can sell it back! I recommend making an appointment for that. This is somewhere everyone with kids should go!
This amazing store offers the opportunity to get rid of unused good quality children's clothing and accessories. They offer reasonable prices for buying and are equally well priced with purchases. Very well organized and easy to find what you're looking for. Always plenty of parking. Super cool staff who are always friendly and ready to help. Come in and say hello to Pam or Tom anytime
Employees where quick to turn away my daughter who just turned 3 for no mask and offered zero Information on curbside but all silently stood as I told my daughter she could not go. I understand your policy but having over 6 employees all stand there blankly and offer zero help getting my daughter's what we just drove over a hour for is unprofessional and just rude. If you don't want to work than don't but don't turn away once loyal customers with zero offer for alternative shopping in this new world. Sadly a big corporate with receive my money today and in future. Responses to owner.... I was never offered a mask from your staff, that would of resolved all things but they ALL STARED AND SAID NOTHING. My point. I never downed you following the CDC. Matter of fact if you took a few moments to read my comment you would see I said "I understand your policies" so turning as if I said you were in the wrong shows the character behind the business. My daughter and I happily shopped at multiple businesses with nothing but care and curiosity with assistance the whole time, unfortunately at the corporate. My long travel comes from a remote life style. We do not take part in the social media world and your phones where ignored twice before my trip. So turn and make it seem that I have a problem with new state orders but I have a problem with the lack of assistance or care found out about curbside from your last bad review from a ENTIRE staff group. So I most certainly went to corporate which I never support, not even for food to enjoy our shopping trip and bought over 100 dollars in clothes that could of stayed local. Now I have took the time and have AMAZING resources for used kids clothes for far cheaper. Google thrift shops in Burlington to anyone who shares these bad experiences. There are many with amazing owners and staff willing to help navigate through hard times.
I had only ever shopped at Once Upon a Child until today and always have had wonderful experiences. This morning right after opening I brought in a large tote of toddler clothes to sell. I could not have been more pleased with the way I was treated as the employees explained the process to me, how they were done with my clothes in the exact amount of time they told me, and the amount I was paid for my clothes. I’m sure that things don’t always run as smoothly, there must be much busier times and days and I would expect to wait much longer or have fewer items purchased on a weekend or later in the day- maybe sometimes customers’ expectations are a little high for the situation and this is the reason why some have left unhappy reviews. I think this store is absolutely fabulous, it changes constantly, has great inventory, and it’s eco and budget friendly!
I went in to finally get rid of some of my daughter's clothes and was very disappointed by the customer service. I had only ever shopped here and was very surprised by the attitude of the staff. First off was the lack of explanation, given it was my first time, of how things worked. Then was the negative looks I got from the "boss". Talk about bad customer service. I understand that they can't take everything but they way that was explained to me was very rude and with a very high and mighty attitude. I am very saddened by this because it makes me not want to shop here and to share this experience with others. I have worked in customer service for over 20 years and I know how to be with customers. You should be nice and helpful and not judge those who are shopping with you. I have never felt so judged in a store or anywhere else like I did in this store. My advice is that they only want brand new never worn children's clothing and nothing else and then they will only give you very little for those items. I plan I shopping somewhere else from now on.
Clothes here always seem to be in good shape. They are very selective. And they run good deals. I saved over $71 today taking advantage of their special. The clerks are friendly and helpful. They're taking Covid-19 seriously. Masks are required and they have altered their checkout lines to assist social distancing.
Scheduling appointments for looking through the items you have for sale is terrific! Everything is taken care of right on schedule. Maybe a 15 minute wait. Easy and quick!!! The store is beautifully organized and super neat. Lots of inventory. Definitely the place to shop for all the cold weather to come.
