Staff seem real bored and I understand that!! Work is not always fun! Not the best bra fitter either. Recommdended something 2 cups too small. They were more excited about asking a coworker to bring a rolling cart out. The tall red head was the better worker out of the lazed group yesterday!! I will just buy online. Do not want to stress those peeps out. They do not seem to like people coming in.
I like the clothes here, they are too pricey for the quality though but big girls can't be choosers. Also they either have really small sizes NOT plus or huge sizes. I am 3X in tops & 2X in bottoms & I always have a hard time finding my sizes. I have loved things I've gotten from there though!!!
This place always has great clearance deals and the staff has been kind and inquisitive
Best plus size store around, but can be pricey online has better deals The staff mostly seem to slack off on their phones, and were pretty rude last time I went in, but otherwise it's good. Most of my clothes are from here.
I absolutely love torrid. The staff is friendly and helpful. I do suggest that they are made to wear more professional clothing or clothing that they sell wore neatly. I don't see much of that. It's usually too small clothing, or sexy. Not really work appropriate.
I was shopping had several items to purchase but needed to use the restroom. I couldn’t use theirs. I had to run around maple street place to find a restroom before I peed my pants! Needless to say, I didn’t go back and won’t!
Love torrid but I can only shop online as it's hard to find anything bigger then a 4x in store. The employees are nice and helpful if I was rating torrid online I'd give ten stars but for store rating only three maybe if they get bigger sizes in everything I'd shop in store but until then I'm sticking to shopping online. I'm not saying torrid is a bad place to shop I've spent alot of money here and always will just if your a 5x or 6x size 28 or 30 or larger number bra like 48dd your best to not bother going in store you'll be better just going online.
I absolutely love this store! Amazing styles and always a great variety. The employees are always happy, helpful, and friendly. Always greated at the door, some of the clerks even know me by name. This is my favorite store to introduce friends and family to, the body positive message is carried through the very welcoming atmosphere.
The people who work here made this the best shopping experience my daughter and I have ever had. They picked out the most amazing items to make mix and match outfits for my daughter. Had an amazing sale and we literally bought everything they picked out and all of the items had huge discounts.
Maddi and Raven are the best they make you feel comfortable in your own skin.
