This location has a fantastic and accommodating staff. I'm a trans man and went in today to buy my very first piece of men's formal wear. I was pretty nervous as you never know how people will act around you, plus I'm very short stocky so it's very difficult to find men's clothing that fits me. I also couldn't spend an excessive amount of money The staff immediately helped me find an affordable suit jacket that fit me and the tailor was readily available to pin the sleeves, which she is going to shorten for me. They also were very respectful and asked how I wanted to be referred to. They made me feel very welcome and I look forward to when I am able to afford my first full suit from them.
Just accompanied friends to the Williston location which has changed for the third time in the last four years. They’re planning their wedding and the bride was trying to see what they might have available in her color palette. The staff was extremely rude and did not even approach us for the first 20 minutes we were in the store. Finally a gruff older associate came over and proceeded to never let the bride get a word in edgewise about what her vision was for her wedding. Told them them basically shouldn’t have bothered coming in that day because they wouldn’t measure anyone. Didn’t listen to the color palette that the bride said she wanted AT ALL. Would not allow them to try on anything and asked them why they didn’t just come back in five months. Yeah… no… Terrible customer service and incredibly rude!
Rude from the get go after being told multiple times we do not need an appointment to have suits sized for a wedding turning up and being mocked for not making an appointment. Rude and snide comments the entire fitting. Asking for updates though out to never hear back they had my email wrong after trying to correct it multiple times. We went to pick up today to be told it’s a 45 minute wait to pick up which we did not mind but the attitude they had as if we where a burden to be a customer there. Only to have a vest we were fitted for not fit correctly and be told it was our problem. Condescending and rude attitude ruined our entire experience here we would not recommend to anyone looking to rent or buy for a stress free wedding or event.
Was initially ignored when my teens and I entered the store. Then a rude older lady gave us the "up and down" look. Sorry I didn't dress to your standards rude lady. Once she rudely greeted us and I told her I was looking for some dress shirts for my husband's birthday, she directed me instantly to the clearance section and turned her back and went back to the register. Shrugging off her rudeness, we continued our shopping. She watched us the entire time shaking her head. ... look lady, it's a Saturday afternoon. We didn't realize that we had to gussy up to shop in your store. Shall I come back on Monday when I can look the part in my work clothes and make up done?? Yeah not gna happen . We went elsewhere and spent a few hundred dollars. Lost sale to men's wearhouse due to rude employee. After reading other reviews, I see rudeness in this store is a constant issue
Terrible experience. During the fitting, the staff and manager were not friendly, we felt like we were being rushed, they barely made any eye contact when we’d speak to them - then they LOST my husbands suit a week before our wedding! They were rude about they fact they lost it, and did not offer any assistance to fix the situation. When on the phone checking on delivery after the date it was due to arrive they went so far as to say “if we said it will arrive on time it will”. I politely reminded him that they said it was supposed to be here 3 days prior and just wanted to know where it was in transit. Again no answers to simple questions. Thank god for Needlemans as they were able to get my husband fixed up with all the attire needed 3 DAYS before our wedding! Needlemans also mentioned that they regularly have to “bail out” those who have shopped at Mens Wearhouse as it’s not uncommon for them to mess up suit orders. We will never shop at Mens Warehouse again, but will gladly go to Needlemans anytime!
Despite some reviews, I had a very positive experience at Men's Wearhouse. The gentleman who helped me was very polite. The pricing was rather high, but that is to be expected when buying a suit
Bought a nice vest for my fiance to wear at our wedding. Man at the counter only acknowledged my fiance luckily a nicely dressed young man helped me earlier and was waiting with some options when I returned with my fiance for him to choose his vest. Team of 4 staff ready to help assist in measurements, fitting, alterations or just finding choices. Our Associate was very helpful and I plan to go back and thank him and acknowledge the store and his help with the other vendors. I only wish we would have bought his whole outfit there. My husband looked amazing and he has this piece for future occasions.
Honestly If I could give the mens wearhouse zero stars I would. Do not order from this company. None of the guys suits fit and they all had to get reordered. The wedding was a Saturday and we brought the suits back on a Monday and got charged $20 per suit for not having them returned on Sunday the day after our wedding. The wedding was far away and they were super inconsiderate on how much time and effort it takes to plan and pick up a wedding. The company never told us that they needed to be returned the day after the wedding or we would be charged. Just overall terrible experience and would never recommend them to anyone.
My boyfriends senior prom and this year my senior prom the manager has been AMAZING. They are quick and on it once they get around to you. This year unfortunately there was a mix up and the manager Rob I think is his name made a suit up for my boyfriend in no time. And made sure it fit. We left satisfied and happy due to his awesome customer service skills. Thank you so much for making this happen even though you had rude customers, and were absolutely slammed. We will come back to you for ever other occasion needed.
Recently bought a suit from the Williston location. Customer service was awful. Completely inattentive to the point where they acted like I was bothering them being in there to spend over $500. Tried it on so they could mark it for tailoring, the guy just marked the pants and said yup that’s it. Nothing with the jacket whatsoever. Picking it up was even worse. Again I was treated like I was bothering them coming to pick up my suit. They handed it to me and walked away. I said, I would like to try it on. The guy pointed to the dressing room and said to ahead. No one asked if it fit, nothing. Completely unprofessional. Now I have to go get it tailored somewhere else because I refuse to give them any more of my money. I have gotten suits at other Men’s Wearhouse locations and had a totally different, great experience. Staff needs some serious customer service training. They act like I should thank them for letting me spend my money there. Go to Needleman’s.
