Wow! So many good things to say about this company, where should I start? Our story led us to purchase our remaining fencing from Online Fence Supply. Due to Covid-19, we could not find anymore fencing from our local suppliers. We were told that it would take up to a year to get the final portion of our fencing in. We couldn’t wait that long. We have pets that we wanted to keep contained in our backyard for safety and for our own peace of mind. We were initially at a loss, until we came across Online Fence Supply. We contacted Lucy, who represents this company. She deserves a five star ***** rating as well. We worked with her to get all our supplies that we needed to complete our final section. We initially made a mistake on the order and Lucy caught it before it got finalized. Thank you for that, Lucy. She even gave us her personal cell phone number because she knew how anxious we were to get the fencing here as fast as they could get it to us. Now that is A+ service. She emailed us when the shipment was to be sent out so we had a tracking number to stay abreast of its coming. The shipping company had our phone number and called us when the shipment was to be delivered. The shipping company deserves a 5 star ***** rating as well. If you are looking for a great fence and wonderfully made, great customer service, great delivery; this company is for you. Thank you, Lucy, and Online Fence Supply. I sent you some photos so you can see how well the fence keeps our furry family contained! Especially our Houdini cat, Bunny! Blessings.
I'm giving them 5 stars even though I received one gate section with some scratches because they quickly agreed to compensate me and overall I am extremely happy with the quality of my fence and gates. I also received my order in a timely manner. My husband and I installed everything ourselves. The process was pretty quick and easy. Thank you Online Fence Supply...we love the way this has enhanced the look of our property.
Chris and I are partners and I have to say that we are both satisfied with Online Fence Supply. They have always handled all issues in a timely manner. They have great support on the phones that can pretty much walk you thru any situation you come across. Talking to someone can be hard sometimes but I have learned to leave a voicemail and they will get back in touch with me usually by the end of the day. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is looking for fencing.
It’s always scary buying such a large object online. I felt the price was good. I had a friend buy a smaller gate and it was beautiful so I decided to try it. I received my beautiful double gate with all the bells and whistles we could order. One side of the gate had something heavy lean on it and was bent to the point it couldn’t be matched up for a gate lock. I contacted the company, spoke to customer service and she put in for a new gate to be sent after I sent her pictures. My new gate arrived a couple weeks ago and it is perfect and beautiful. Additionally, the customer service lady was so sweet and really put my mind at ease. If only everyone was as good as her! Highly recommended!
I ordered pool fencing several months back and was happy with the shipment time and the care taken to transport it. I needed several more posts to complete my project and ordered them a week ago. I was expecting a 7 to 8 week wait time and was pleasantly surprised to have them shipped out already! I would imagine the wait time is longer for larger orders right now but it is a great product and I have not had any issues with the installation. 5 stars and I will order again.
GREAT TO DO BUSINESS WITH!!! I ordered 30 fence panels, 3 gates, and all of the hardware needed to use wooden posts on 9/12/21. I received my order confirmation immediately. Considering that it was a Sunday, I assumed it was probably an automated confirmation. After not hearing anything, I read several reviews during the week and became a bit skeptical. I didn’t want to jump to conclusions, so I figured I’d call on the following Monday which was 9/20/21. Before I had time to call, I received an email stating that my order had shipped. which also included a tracking number On Wednesday 9/22/21 I received my shipment, nicely packaged and intact. 10 DAYS FROM ORDERING TO RECEIVING!!!! This company may have had some hard times in the past, according to some reviews, but I AM VERY PLEASED TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE TO DO THE SAME.
Hard to tell if this company is incompetent, struggling, or just a rip off. Ordered and paid in March but still have not received it. What is worse is that they have flat out lied by email and phone about the order shipping. We arranged for someone to install it multiple times after they said it was shipping and had to cancel because it just didn't show up. No notice, just no product. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt with pandemic supply issues, but the lack of honesty and transparency is infuriating. Save your sanity and order somewhere else.
I really try to be understanding and give people a chance to work through issues but this wasn't a single issue and it appears to be a trend based on recent reviews. I'd say the worst part about all this is the lack of communication and concern. I tried reaching out to the company and or Lucy on several occasions during my purchase. Having $2900 on the A/R books isn't the same as $29, plus trying to schedule help to get it off the truck and in the ground takes time. The pre-sale guy was great, but it went downhill from there, voice-mail systems not working, phones disconnecting no email responses and a general lack of concern about the purchase. I also tried reaching out to the Hudson Fence side I think they are the parent company based on my cc statement for help and they want nothing to do with the online fence supply customers. I ordered from their website which worked fine. It took 7 weeks to ship then got shipped to the wrong city, finally got here and the panels were damaged. I'm not sure who packed it but it looked nothing like their pictures on the site. This shouldn't of happened anyway since I ordered them unassembled for that reason. I'm guessing the assembly could of also led to the extended lead time. I tried contacting them while the driver was here because I would of taken all the good stuff and waited for replacements as long as I could get started on the project but nobody was available to tell me how they wanted it handled. Then I tried the Hudson folks who at least answered or tried to answer the phone, but they disconnected me several times. Then I finally got a hold of a person who said "I won't tell you what to do as I don't want to be responsible for it", so I refused the shipment. Now I still don't have my money back and no response to reminder so I've had to result to a credit card dispute to get my money back so I can buy it locally and get this task off my list. I hope they get things figured out their prices are good and the product looked pretty good. I'll still need another 150' and a gate in the future.
I really hate leaving small businesses negative reviews and I try to make every attempt to get things corrected before resorting to this, but this business has literally left me no choice. We ordered a fence in March and received the initial shipment pretty quick. However, when we unpacked it, we realized that they sent the incorrect fence posts. Ok, mistakes happen... but I spent the next several WEEKS trying to reach someone to get this corrected. I emailed multiple times to multiple email addresses with no response. I called many times and tried every extension with no response and "inbox full" errors. Finally, after threatening to contact the BBB and leave negative reviews, I get a call back saying that they'll send the correct parts. Waited and waited... still no parts and no follow up. So, I try multiple times again to contact them. Eventually, I hear back with an apology and promise to send them. The good news is - finally, six weeks after the original order, I received the replacement parts. The bad news is - they were the wrong size AGAIN! They sent me exactly the same posts that came in the original order. And, of course, there's been no response to any of my attempts to contact them. The panels we have are totally useless without the correct posts, and we've now also wasted almost two months and countless hours chasing you around for answers that we still don't have. My active duty husband took A MONTH of leave to complete this job himself and now we've had to make other arrangements with a local company to complete the job because his leave is expired. Yet, you still have our money for a nonfunctional product. This is NOT okay. Judging from other reviews, this is clearly a pattern that you guys need to get sorted. Mistakes are one thing but this is absolute thievery. You don't get to keep people's money after failing to send the correct item AND also failing to communicate. Contact me immediately with notice that I have been refunded the full amount or I am going to file a report.
I will start with the positive. Product is nice, great pricing and the customer service was very helpful before I made my purchase, they answered all of my questions. After I purchased my fence and spent almost 4300 dollars, customer service basically disappeared. Several unanswered phone calls and one responding email from Lucy to my three emails that didn't even address my problem. I understand things happen and sometimes smaller items are over looked. I just want the missing hinges one set and the drop latch for my double gate so I can finish my fence. I've been trying to contact them for a month now. It's very disappointing.
