Oral Surgery Center

I was referred out here by my primary dentist and the team here was really friendly and straight to the point. The surgeon was warm and welcoming which helped a lot the day of my procedure as I was a little bit nervous but had gotten several procedures done prior to my surgery so overall my nervousness didn't last long. They gave me time to do some deep breathing after the numbing shots which always helps to calm my nerves and made sure I was comfortable. My surgery was QUICK and effective. In and out of the chair in less than an hour! They were very informative during the procedure which I really appreciated and they let me keep my teeth! Thank you all so much for the work you did and for your kindness! I recommend this place!

I had a referral booked an appointment 3 weeks ago and was happy that I would be seen soon for my consult. But when I arrived they told me my appointment was canceled due to not confirming and said they had called me but i never received a call or text . Front desk had the wrong phone number this was an error in their part because when i called and scheduled I provided my phone number they wrote it wrong .. This was a complete inconvenience since I had to drive 45 min and had to take time off work . No apology wss offered they did not take responsibility for their mistake will be going else where for my care

Got a referral from my dentist to go here. I drove 45 minutes and get told that due to my wheelchair they can't do x-rays. I've had lots taken recently and they weren't willing to have my dentist send them over. So instead of being one step closer to having an abscess tooth removed, I am now once again getting referred to somebody else after wasting an entire afternoon and half a tank of gas I am giving 3 stars instead of one because at the very least, the person at the front desk was helpful and said they'd get in contact with another location for me.

The entire staff in this office are kind and professional. I was terrified for my procedure and they took every step to make sure I was comfortable, prepared and relaxed on surgery day. The doctor did an amazing job noticing when I became slightly uncomfortable and fixed it right away. The anesthesiologist was great also, and I felt zero pain during the whole procedure. I had minimal swelling and I left the office very happy with the entire experience, which is saying a lot because I was dreading it and had extreme anxiety. Highly recommend using this office

I would not recommend this place to family or friends . Staff are very rude and have horrible costumer service . If they don’t like their job maybe they need to not work else where ! It’s all about good people skills

Rude customer service from front desk staff. They are very demanding when talking to the patient and family members. Front staff seems unhappy.

I had my 4 wisdom teeth removed on December 6th. I was very scared and very nervous and high levels of anxiety, but the two front desk workers at the time were very nice and talking to me calming so I can at least calm down. The anesthetic doctor was very very nice and comforting he made me feel super calm and helped me out with my anxiety and made me laugh. But some of the assistance were making fun of me because since I have anxiety I need my bigfoot stuffed animal to calm me down. And they made fun of me which is uncalled for and unprofessional. And I'm already nervous and scared about having my first surgery and people making fun of me really made me mad. Like I know I'm an adult but surgery is still scary no matter what. I mean who isn't afraid of surgery in the first place? And like how Joey swoll says Mind Your Business and do better.

Great place and very friendly staff. Had a good experience both times i went in for tooth extraction.

Office was well kept and super clean. Everyone I interacted both over the phone and in person with was super nice and very professional. My wisdom tooth removal went well and everything was done in a very timely manner. All in all I'm very impressed and definitely recommend them to anyone who needs an oral surgeon!

I had 3 teeth removed. I was scared. But no need. The doctor was fairly gentle his assistants were great. I will definitely go back!
