I came to Dr. Jen about 7 years ago and still would be going to her if I still lived in Colorado! She was the absolute best in caring for the health of my whole mouth! I miss her down to earth perspectives! Her and her husband are most definitely kindred spirits!
Dr Jen and Aaron go out of their way to make you feel at home. They explain everything and are very caring. If you want a friendly, welcoming and a great dentist this is the place.
I spoke with them on the phone and politely explained that with such an expensive treatment I had jumped the gun on scheduling the $1,700 for a deep clean so soon after initial consultation. I apologized for scheduling the day before and initially started saying I was looking around but I hadn’t even made a final decision and needed time. But immediately before I could finish he said “oh I thought price wasn’t an issue but then you asked about financing up front then you said could pay in full” Insinuating that I’m poor and can’t afford it. I remained calm and he just kept peppering insults to my financial well-being and ended the conversation before I could even explain that price is only an issue when your charging more than top line market rates and it’s in regards to thousands of dollars…. I was only postponing to explore prices with competition at that point but they must get this quite often hence the reason he jumped straight to insults and telling me it cost $150 to release the X-rays they took.
I have been a patient for nearly 10 years and I will never go anywhere else! Even when my insurance doesn't include Smile High as a provider any longer, it's worth it to pay out of pocket for amazing service you can truly trust! Dr. Jen and Aaron are both so caring and kind, and their service is top notch!
My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Helgenson for a little better than three years now. We have been extremely pleased with her quality of care and her and Aaron's friendliness and attention to our needs. There is no better care that we have found anywhere else!
After my dentist retired I tried two other dental care places before I tried Smile High. I have been going to Dr. Jen for about a year and she takes the time to explain everything to my satisfaction before she starts working on me. She does all the work herself including cleanings and I love that personal service. I would recommend Dr. Jen to everyone I know!
I have been a patient of Dr. Jennifer Helgeson for a few years now and I have to state that Smile High Dental Care is the best of the best! I used to fret about going to the dentist but the care, support, instruction and advice is top notch with Jennifer AND her husband Aaron is exactly the same-caring and very attentive to appt. notifications and the billing side of things! I highly recommend you check them out!! Much better than the corporate dentist offices! UPDATE: Been going to see these two for over 5 years now and I still feel the same. Excellent care, Dynamic Team these two are and glad to have them as my DENTIST Office! Go see them and you'll be glad you did!
I had neglected my dental health for many years! I found Smile High and could not be more pleased. Dr. Jen is amazing and Aaron is the best. They really care about my dental health and have me back on track. I would recommend them as being the best in our area.
BEWARE! Was told I had periodontal disease and needed the deep cleaning, had a cavity and a shaky crown. NONE OF THOES THINGS WERE TRUE!! I would start out with once a month cleaning and see how things go for $1500.00 a visit. When I questioned the dentist she got upset with me. I paid the $125.00 for my x-rays, and went elsewhere. After taking my time to find another dentist, they gave me a regular cleaning, no periodontal disease, found no cavity and said my crown was slightly off center, no need to replace. Not sure what is going on here. I had to give a star to post this but no stars from me.
Exceptional service and professionalism! Thank you, thank you, thank you, for making my experience as comfortable as possible. After years of neglecting my dental health...due to bad experiences with other dentists, Dr. Jen and her staff made me at ease. I actually looked forward to going to my next appointment! Explained all my procedures in detail, always pleasant, always a pleasure to talk to! If you’re like me, and looking for a dental practice, this is the place! You’re at home with this office!
