I would refrain from going to this dentist. The Doctor’s bed side manner was not only unprofessional but outright rude and disturbing. Their knowledge of certain insurances was very lacking. We took our business elsewhere and it was the best thing we did. The new Dentist at another dentistry was amazing and they were prompt and knowledgeable with all insurance options. I’m only posting this because I believe in people having all the information they need before placing their health or body on the line with Doctors/Dentist who treat them/their patients as $$$ rather than human beings.
The staff was very friendly and professional! Im not a fan of going to the dentist, but these folks made it quick and painless. I would highly recommend this Perfect Teeth location.
I scheduled an appointment weeks ago. They called me the day before to confirm. I did confirm. They asked me who my insurance provider was, which they already asked the first time they had to reschedule this appointment due to be a first time visitor I told them I was at work and couldn’t talk. So they gave my appointment away and asked me to come again later. It might possibly be weeks before I can get the tome off of work to do this and im in pain. I dont understand why NOBODY is a professional anymore. That was so impossibly rude. And now I dont even know when i will be able to see a dentist. There is zero chance I will be using this dental office. Beyond unprofessional! Im sure their work is probably just as bad if this is how they handle the scheduling process. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere to have your teeth worked on.
I have been on perfect teeth for several years I really like the service and the people that works there doctor’s nurses receptionist etc everyone They are my first choice I wish I could give ten stars
Rudest clerks couldn’t do a thing for me but turn me away after a scheduled appointment! No prior warning other than a huge attitude at the door. Will be the last time I come back
Went in for my regular cleaning. They checked out all the concerns I had, and fix the texture of my crown. Wonderful team!
I had an appointment scheduled for Thursday at 3 pm. When I arrived, the receptionist let me know that the doctor wasn’t in and I should have received noticed that my appointment needed to be rescheduled. I received no notice no text, no email and no call. I also had to cancel 2 hours of lessons with my students to make this appointment which is money out of my own pocket. It seems that this place is very disorganized and I had an extremely frustrating experience.
Well first off I definitely got the hot doctor, he was gentle his work was firm, I on the other hand am a disaster, orally speaking. But the bright side is we have a second date in just a few days haha. Just kidding it was actually just a legit experience and I wish I would have flossed a bit more before I came in
Don't go here!!! I went here looking for a new dentist they took x-rays was going to notify Medicaid for upper dentures I was going to need fairly soon Medicaid tried to get ahold of them and could not get them to reply back I went in the next day after talking to Medicaid told them what was going on they said the lady that took care of it was out for lunch she would call me that day I still to this day haven't heard from them it's been a week and a half pretty shady business glad I found somewhere else to go
Had a great 1st visit, the Dentist was very informative on what work I needed. Amy was the helper and very down to Earth, super friendly and gave me a needed reminder to Floss, floss, floss. They fixed my teeth in a timely manner, I am happy and will definitely go back.
