I’ve never seen such AWFUL management in my life. I’ve lived in 4 different apartments and seriously never met people who are so bad at communicating and are this unprofessional. They took 3 and a half weeks to let my bf and I know we were approved meanwhile we told them we’re on a time limit because our lease ends at the end of this month. Then call us to tell us we’re approved and when we tell them we’re interested, we received ZERO contact with them again. Literally didn’t answer any phone call or respond to any of our voicemails or emails. The property was beautiful, but with a management staff this unprofessional, you do not want to waste your time. They did nothing but get our hopes up and then completely ignored all of our attempts to contact them. Did I mention we’re moving from NEW YORK?! So this was not just down the street easy move. So thanks a lot for making this 10x more stressful for a young couple moving out of state!! Honestly embarrassing for them because they’re supposedly “new management”.
I haven’t even become a resident but I sense unprofessionalism already. Safe to say, I’m glad I saw these reviews. Based of what I’m experiencing already I know longer won’t to be a future resident. Their online application for apartments don’t work and they don’t answer the phone no matter how much voicemails or calls you make.
I've been on the waiting list since last year so hopefully they call me soon I'm in need of another place to stay...
So unprofessional ..They never answer the phone and it been 3 days now without water and no communication at all they just want your money they don't care about the tenants here especially ones with kids!!!
If you go down you could see the manager talkin to me but remove my post I will continue on posting about this place I recommend this place to no one I will be coming back to put up and details the problems back here And if you see Management commenting believe me they do that just to act like they solving the problem there's no problem being solved back here I wouldn't move back here When Ms. CC been here it was great Miss Donna thought you would understand her tenants She don't I wish She will solved the problem with the tenants before she put more people in here just for money I have been out of myOriginal apartment for over 2 monthsNo one in the office have answers for you no way so good luck moving here I will continue on posting
I’m interested in a 3 bedroom I called last week and this Monday past no call . Do I have to come in to fill out and application? Is there a waiting list I’m looking for something immediately
Great view. New management is getting adjusted. Maintance is always quick. The only thing I can complain of is the bad apples in the neighborhood. I wouldn’t say this is the safest place to live but management is slowly but surely fixing the issues around here.
Hello,I’m interested in your two bedroom apartment and would like to fill out an application and would like to schedule a tour and get more information about how much is for your pet fee and do y’all do base on income if so what all I have to do because I tried calling, but no one answered
The property is a very adequate and humble place to call home! Osprey Place Apartments is conveniently minutes away from grocery stores & fast food restaurants! The manager is friendly, and goes above and beyond for all tenants. Work orders are completed in a timely manner, thanks to the incredible maintenance staff!
Living in this neighborhood was just fine! The price is unbeatable for Charleston. Slight flooding but never missed work because of it so I'd what the other person was talking about. The apartments are basic. If you want top of the line quality you will have to pay a lot more per month in Mt Pleasant or elsewhere. If you want a good price and nice neighbors Osprey Place is just fine.
