My husband had a procedure done at the Overland Park Surgery Center and I was extremely happy with the service and procedure. Dr. Jeremy Craven was the best. He was kind and thoughtful and I immediately knew my husband was in good hands. I must mention the crew that made it pleasant for my husband to be there, Sabrina, Jessica, and Lisa went above and beyond their call of duty. I highly recommend Overland Surgery Center for any procedure that you may need.
If you want to pay the facility thousands of dollars to have the doctor bill you separately for the same procedure because its all contracted out, go here! Staff were very nice.
Went in for foot surgery on 2/9. Communication prior was great, as well as being given all the information I needed. Check-in was quick & easy and I did not have a long wait until it was my time. From there, the care was excellent! My nurse was so warm and friendly, made me feel right at ease and made sure I was comfortable. The anesthesiologist was wonderful explaining everything to me prior and obviously did an amazing job! My surgeon Dr Burkle was the best I could ask for! Post-op the level of service continued to the best all the way! I felt safe, comfortable, informed and in the best of hands at all time. Highly recommend!
All the nurses, Kate, David, Diana, Vickey, Keenan, Terri, Dr. Mason, Dr. Thompson were all fantastic! I couldn't be anymore pleased with the service and outcome!
Physicians and nurses are amazing! BE VERY CAREFUL with the financial and administration side. Fraudulent surgery times given to charge more to the cosmetic patients. They apparently use their own time clock not real times to rack up those facility fees. She actually said we make sure our time clock here is in sync through the whole facility but it wont match the time on your cell phone that is accurately controlled through satellite !
Everyone so helpful. I had sinus surgery 3-17-20 with Dr. Robert Thompson. Absolute no pain to put I V in other than the little stick to numb it first. After surgery my pain level was 3. My biggest thing was I wasn’t sick at all. Usually I vomit from the Anastasia. I would definatley recommend going there.
My office works very closely with Overland Park Surgery Center. Myself and patient's are always satisfied with the services and treatments they get. We will continue to utilize Overland Park Surgery Center for many years to come.
Patient care was good however I had some concerns with communication between individuals which I, the patient had to correct. Staff was friendly, good natured and caring for the patient though.
