A self-taught cook, Chef/Owner Bob Patchen's creativity started at the early age of 8 years old when he was apprenticed in the kitchen of his grandmother's restaurant. It was in this atmosphere that his versatile style developed.
Award winning Paci Restaurant is owned and operated since 1996 by Chef Robert Patchen and his wife Donna. Nestled on the eastbound side of the Southport train station in a renovated freight depot, Paci Restaurant combines old New England architecture with a modern European style.
