I went in for bike repairs. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. I had them do adjustments on the front and rear derailleurs on my 20 year old Gary Fisher. They did a great job, much better than the last two bike shops that I have been to. Also, the price was very fair for the great service. I also brought in a badly neglected 7-speed beach cruiser for repair. For $50, it got new handlebars, new chain, and gear adjustment. It rides great now. This shop is much better than the other PB bike shops that I have been to.
I rarely leave reviews but i felt like i had to do it. Guys are great! Replaced my worn out cables quickly at minimal charge. Couple days after i need it some adjustment on my bike and he did it at no charge. Again without much wait. Great service!
You will not find a more honest and professional bicycle shop than this family owned business. I have purchased many bikes here and had bikes serviced by them on numerous occasions. Their prices are more than reasonable and their integrity is beyond compare. Needless to say I highly recommend Pacific Coast Bicycle.
Awesome experience here. Joe went above and beyond. He took the time to figure out whether my child seat would fit on the new bike from his shop and installed it for me. He then delivered the bike after hours for me. Such a great guy! Thanks Joe!
This place has a great service center. They have all the trained people to get you the right repair and a wide array of very fairly priced accesories. I have been to many bike shops in my day and this one get an absolute A plus!
I bought my cruiser from here. I thought it was the one I wanted so I bought it and rode it around. I found out the bike didn't fit me so I took it back. They wanted make me happy so they swapped with a different model and made sure it fit me properly. I have been enjoying it ever since. They have cool accessories too.
these guys are great! been going to them for years for and have never been disappointed. The owner is awesome and is usually there. If he doesn't have what you are looking for he will get it asap. I love this place. The prices are really good especially for the top notch service that you get. I send everyone I know to them.
Friendly staff. Fixed my flat in 2 minutes. They worked fast...jumped on it as soon as I walked in and rang me up while work was done. Barely chatted with the girl up front when the bike was done. Took me more time to write this review outside the shop.
The owners of this shop will go out of their way to make sure you're happy. This is by far one of the best shops around. Great guys and gals to help you build any custom idea you have.
Performed work on my cruiser that went above and beyond expectations and the price was ridiculously low. I’ll be going back for all my upgrades. Great and fast service
