I love this bank!! Small town feeling of walking in and having several people know your name makes it feel like home. Great customer service of a small bank, with the security of a big corporate bank.
I have been banking with Pacific Premier Bank for many years and the gals at the Arroyo Grande branch are extremely helpful and very friendly. They always make an effort to help with all my banking needs.
I have been going into the Arroyo Grande bank for a little over a 6 months and the staff there is amazing. They have been very helpful and informative if I could give more stars I would. I am very happy with the my new bank.
I wrote one of these but it was erased , so first, but second, I want it let the world know that I wouldn't lie to you about your money, and if you want to put your money in a safe place with people that will treat you right, your in the right 1,Point One. if you are ever away from your money for an extended period of time, weather it be unforeseen circumstances, tour or work, you can trust itll be in the right place regular business fees understood I was away for 9 months and when I touched back down my royalties all went to the right place , all my financial needs while away were handled with minimal difficulty and these in no way could i say all this if it wasnt for the great team they have within the whole corperation especially at my home bank of arroyo grande California. Frances, samone, jennifer, megan, melissa, kris, maggie, daisy, atall and everybody I might have mistakenly passed up or not had the correct spelling, like with everyone I've seen while covering multiple branches and everyone working in corporate offices or behind the scenes. I know I have to keep some things close but stay as far away from the paperwork as possible , thank you all , find me and google Justin David Myers Albums by Point One. Thank you All

Where do I start? the bank is closed on the weekends! For those who work a regular 8-5 good luck ever getting to this bank when they are open. When you do get there the wait time is crazy because they also are understaffed. lack of ATM's at this bank only 1 and their atm has constant problems where it won't accept your card and the machine will be down at least once a month.this is a huge problem since they only have 3 banks in the entire central coast if the ATM doesn't work now you have to drive to different city. Cashier's checks are not free for the average person. They charge for a checking account if $500 is not in the account at all times, and their staff is rude. Also new policy of theirs where you must deposit your check in order to cash it. Also when my family owned a business and banked with pacific premier bank they constantly harassed us when making large CASH deposits as if we were doing illegal transactions. This last one bugs me but probably the least of my worries: They like to "HONOR" / "VIEW" every holiday you could think of. It almost seems like they are trying To find reasons not to be open most of the year. I really wish I could support all local businesses but some local businesses don't deserve my support. I suggest you go to Chase Bank or some sort of bank that is much larger That can accommodate such simple/ basic needs. If you bank with this company you will experience problems.
One thing that truly sets this location and bank apart from the others is their customer service! From personal banking , financial services to business banking, the customer service culture is the absolute best. Jim & Jen truly goes above and beyond for each customer that walks in their branch, they take care of you like you’re their family member. Faith in DT always has a smile and a cheerful personality. Last but not the least, Christine, she’s the perfect teller, nice, sweet, engaging but also extremely efficient! There’s never a line but when there is one, they are all hands on deck to ensure the line moves quickly and all customers walk out happy!
I have both my business checking account and a property management trust account with Pacific Premier. With dozens of clients and the detailed service needed with a true account, I'm always assured of excellent service. Another bonus is the drive-through window with Faith and her friendly, prompt and accurate service. A smiling and friendly face with each visit!
Pacific Premier is the best bank for all my banking needs. I have lived in the five cities area for 18 years and had nothing but lousy banking experiences at the local banks here UNTIL I switched to Pacific. Excellent service every time I use them for any transaction. Also, their tellers are very efficient and polite every time. Its about time we had a great bank in this area. So happy I switched!
